What an amazing experience! We were welcomed in and then we’re offered something to drink. The massage room was warm with peaceful music and everyone made us feel welcomed. The massage was so relaxing and I enjoyed it very much!

I didnt know what to expect at first, but the ladies made us feel comfortable through the whole experience. We really enjoyed it and would recommend this place. Definitely going back again and a big thank you to Audrey and Primrose😘

I can tell why this establishment has such low reviews. My therapist massaged me with cold hands. And the room was ice cold. I had to ask her to turn the heat up. Then, she kept leaving the room several times during my treatment, and banged the door as she entered and exited. What a horrible experience! Will never recommend this establishment. Its a great pity, as the receptionist was friendly.

Bad, bad, bad I will never ever go to this place again. Pictures are deceiving We were so disappointed. We were looking foward for a treat but no, it was horrible.

My score is not based on the establishment. This was my first stop in surviving my partner for her birthday. The staff at the entrance of the hotl were super friendly and directed us to the Spa. Upon arrival, the receptionist was absolutely horrible. She was condescending, rude, disrespectful and completely aloof. Our appointment was at 12:00, and we arrived early, and this receptionist made us fill out documents. Then didnt explain anything about whats next. We were not offered water or any beverage for that matter. The massage therapists were late, and at no point did the receptionist apologize or communicate any update, instead she stayed playing on her phone and being distracted on the computer doing nothing. The massage therapists apologized for their previous appointment running late, and continued with our treatment. They really were friendly and tried to salvage the experience. After the very relaxing massage, while getting dressed, the receptionist walked in and rushed us to get done. We had literally only been done for 2 minutes and hence needed to still wipe down the oil before she just walked in rudely and demanded that we get done as there are other people waiting to use the room. This is highly rude, disrespectful and racist. i say racist as the receptionist was super friendly to the 2 muslim ladies that she was rushing out for, and was never friendly to us. I cannot begin to tell you what a disappointing start to my partners birthday weekend this was. I will never book an appointment at this place again, and would never recommend anyone do the same. As the receptionist made it super clear that if your colour is not white or you are not muslim, then you do not deserve any attention or friendliness. Id also like to state that working in customer service myself, this was the worse service Ive ever received and the impact the receptionist has on your business is unimaginable. She shouldnt be working for you if she doesnt want to, but more importantly if she doesnt have any people skills or human decency. I would never recommend this establishment even if you have a half price voucher. The 2 star rating is purely for the massage therapists and thats it.
