I was very upset and angry.My first and last experience there.The service was so poor and unprofessional by the staff and manager.I when for eyebrow waxing below on the left you can see thats my shape always this little color girl when to go catch on her own shape.She shape my eyebrows a different shape after me telling only to take off from the bottom.I was so anger and not even a apology by girl who did it or the manager. All the manager said to me with a stinking attitude oh well theres nothing we can do about it😡. Moral of my story is there no respect towards the clients and no principals at all. I will be posting this on Facebook and all over social media. Im a Supervisor at a Retail Store never will mg staff have attitudes and managers like this.Im not done with this store

I wax my brows here and I love them. They always do an amazing job. For the first time I had acrylic nails done and they only lasted for literally 1 day. I was excited to do my nails only to be disappointed. It took HOURS and i paid a lot of money for acrylic nails and it didnt even last. I will NEVER do nails there again. Im very disappointed and upset and angry

Very unprofessional, the manager came in and nearly banged the door in my aunts face and without an apology. I postponed my appointment for 5pm, I arrive at the store, and then the manager has the audacity to tell me that she needs to reschedule my appointment because they are too busy they have absolutely no customer service and need to go back to beauty school and learn some . I will never visit this place again and would advise no one else to have anything done here they really shouldnt be in business

I had been there twice with an appointment. The first time it was cut short because they were too busy. The second was cancelled by them after I already been waiting in the store for 20min. The excuse given was that they tried calling me. There was not a missed call from them nor did they have the courtesy to confirm if they had the correct number
