Have not wanted to go back for the past 2 yrs. The staff are not professional and the branch manager has no people skills whatsoever. Since Ronel left, that salons reputation has deteriorated.

It is always a amazing experience to get my hair done with Simone. I love how she always does my hair how I explain and always. Gives me great advice to help with the style and to treat my hair. Im always happy. With the end transformation and I love her blow. Drying. Curls at the end of the day. Thank you so much. I highly recommend going there and getting exactly what u want.

Staff were pleasant. Thr stylist was not confirming that we were on the same page. Which is why I kept repeating myself and checking that she understood what I wanted. It definitely wasnt a total disaster but it was not what I wanted. Which left me a little annoyed but staff were pleasant and welcoming which I appreciated

Always walk out feeling fresh and happy with my hair, thanks to Aaron for always doing an amazing job! Relaxing scalp massage at the wash basin and really good coffee.

Had an unexpectedly long appointment today due to load shedding. But Aaron did a great job of giving my hair a revival even though it was partially in the dark. Definitely not a downer in the end.

Rene from this salon should not be classified a stylist. She does not know how to cut hair and my hair is a total disaster after spending almost R1000. Poor quality hides behind the Brand.

Returned to Carlton Hair Bayside after 3 yrs of being away as I had moved to Langebaan. Amber did a colour, cut, treatment and blow dry. Extremely happy with the experience - lovely staff, Amber is highly professional and delivered exactly what I needed.

I dont often get my hair done but when I do, I always go here. Simone always does my hair and does a great job everytime, I highly reccomend this carlton and also Simone.

My hair was blow dryed well but I think they over sprayed and over oiled my hair. My hair style didnt last. Im used to my blow dry lasting at least a few days

I was given a loyalty card two yrs ago and was told once I had received all the stamps, I would receive any free product. Its been two yrs and my card was finally full of stamps! With excitement, I went to bayside mall Carlton and asked for my free davinesse product...a conditioner. I was given the product and was going to be on my way, when I was stopped by an employee, who didnt seem to know what was going on and they told me that I could only receive a shampoo. They then took my conditioner out of my bag and gave me a shampoo, which I told them that I dont need.I was so disappointed with their attitude and definitely did not feel like I was being treated like a loyal customer...which I was. Whats the point of a loyalty card? The manager was out to lunch, I wonder if they would of had the same approach? I was truly disappointed :( hence NO Longer a Carlton customer

Worst haircut of my life. I have to wear a hat and take biotin to try help speed up recovery. I went for a TRIM and ended up with a trailer park mullet on my head. My beautiful long hair gone! I also had an olaplex treatment which they cheated me on so it didnt work. The olaplex website says apply number 2 twice. Carlton applied it once. R990 TO RUIN MY HAIR AND CHEAT ON A TREATMENT.
