She spent a lot of time on my “trouble zone” cleaning my pores and although it wasn’t completely painless, she made sure I was comfortable throughout. About 3 months ago, my sister and I got our first professional waxes done by Caryn and it has by far been the most unregrettable experience. Caryn was very humble and gentle, educating and talking us through the whole process. I personally gave her a bit of a hard time (due to being so nervous and a little scared) but Caryn was still so pleasant. Not only did we leave hairless, but somewhat more knowledgeable too. Although my sister and I have different hair textures, we had similar results in the sense that the hair only started growing back about 2 months later and it grew back a lot softer and silkier. Ive been to Caryn Hills salon two times now, both for waxing and pedicure/foot treatment. Caryn is very professional, easy-going and she cares a lot about her clients. She is intuitive to your personality and how your body is reacting to the treatments. She gives you the time needed to get a perfect result, without stressing. I really never have met a beauty therapist like her!Just keep in mind to book time in advance through sending her a whatsapp or call, I tried to do drop-in the first time and she is not always at the salon.
