Always excellent service! However lady doing my nails the last time was sort of rushing me to choose a colour.. Very impatient and abrupt when telling me to put my hands in the Led lamp. AND only polite when wanting pics of my finger nails for her Instagram account when they were done. Seriously.

I took my sister-in-law for a manicure treat for New Years. The salon was very clean and well spaced for social distancing. Each station had a protective shield up and the consultant also wore her mask throughout the session. My sister-in-law is partially disabled and the consultant was so gentle and caring when doing her manicure. The only downside with the salon is not easily accessible if you are partially disabled. The shopping mall is wheelchair friendly, but it is extremely challenging if you have to walk with a stick. By mistake I booked at Rondebosch instead of the Claremont branch. The Claremont Branch is all at ground level and accessibility for disabled or aged people is easier. I was still very impressed with the service given at Rondebosch.

Inform customers properly that gel nail polish cost R 150.00 extra, staff can be more friendlier, little bit more efford to take dry skin off the heels

Sorbet is well known for good service and treatments. They also offer a great selection of products for your skin and nails. This branch is situated on the upper level. Park on the upper level and make use of the ramp entrance if you are in a wheelchair.

Friendly staff at the front desk and Ive always walked out with lovely nails after my appointments with the nail techs at Sorbet Rondebosch. Dont expect cappuccinos or fancy drinks like are offered at other branches, but the basics are all good at this branch!

Wow! What a pleasure to be treated by the ladies at the Rondebosch branch. Great service, friendly ladies and they look like they are happy to be of service to you. Well done ladies, for changing my perception of Sorbet. I felt great when i walked out of there. Cavendish can learn a hell of a lot from you.

I had an appointment for 9 am this morning, I got there and on their system there was no appointment in my name, but I had received a confirmation sms for the appointment. I was contacted by their admin person to come sit for a manicure because one of their staff members needed 10 people for their case study, so when I got there the receptionist was so rude to the extent that she even said why are you getting irritated youre not even paying, I was in disbelieve because I arranged at work to work a later shift so that I could go sit there this morning only to get such poor service and on top of only getting assistance at 10 am I am not happy with the manicure, it looks like it was done by someone who has no idea how to do nails and if it werent for the fact that I had to get to work I wouldve asked her to soak these nails off because they are horrific, I am so disappointed and in the entire store there was no manager who could assist me, so I could not even complain about the service I got.

Booked an appointment but was not told Ill wait an hour after waxing before they can do gelish. Thats so unprofessional

The ladies here are so sweet and always do my nails and waxing perfectly. I would definitely recommend.
