For a less crowed and more natural beach...Beautiful views and long sandy beach.Dogs love it here.There are change rooms/toilets but not looked after as such. A tap is available for drinkable water for the dogs and washing sand off.

🌊🌊 Confer to tag: Long Beach outside Cape Town.Close to Noordhoek and Chapman´s Peak Drive, a natural beach, enjoying the breaking waves and the dunes. I was there on a misty day, although I enjoyed it very well but unfortunately I forgot to switch off the lights of my rental car. Luckily I meet some nice guys who gave me jump start.

Its beautiful long stretch of beach. Sunset is amazing and dunes create nice spots for you to sit at spots to enjoy the senic beauty.Pet friendly!

Hiking to the wreck of Kakapo was awesome... The water 💦 was a beautiful azure blue like what one sees on movies... Lovely white sandy beaches... Horse 🐴 riding taking place and nice waves 🌊 the 🏄🏽‍♂️ surfers catching 🏄🏽 🌊.... The wreck is also nice reminder of the Cape of storms...

Fantastic beach. I ran the wheres the beer trail run on Noordhook Beach on Saturday. Quite a few people out surfing, walking their dogs and people riding their horses. Also saw Dolfins out at sea.

A lovely walk, jog or relaxation station. With a lovely stretch to cover, you can get your daily exercise done or just catch the massive waves that the ocean has to offer! Beautiful views from either side of the beach. There are many jellyfish that has washed upon the shore, so watch your step. Its lovely for the dogs too.

Even if its cloudy very beautiful to be. Clean and also a spot for surfing. Do not go alone or by night like all other places in South Africa because of the high crime!

Great beach for walking on. Be warned that the shipwreck is quite the walk from Noordhoek side, do not underestimate this. The beach offers good surfing when the conditions are right. The water is for real cold so a wetsuit is definitely recommended. Parking is easy with a good boardwalk to the beach. Safety is an issue, make sure you dont dont go alone.

I will never tire of this view! Not allowed on the beach due to covid-19 restrictions so enjoyed the view from the car.

Lovely views, long stretch of white sand to enjoy. Probably would not recommend swimming here since the swells are quite large and rough. Very nice for an afternoon walk. Safety is a concern so I would also recommend walking in large groups rather than 2-3 people.

Undeveloped stretchy of natural beauty. There are basic toilet facilities near the northern car park, but they are not easily accessed if you have mobility issues. Shallow lagoon was being enjoyed by children and dogs.

Beautiful beach which is not ever too crowded. Horses and dogs all seem welcome. Just watch out for the occasional washout from the sea, if your dogs like to roll in some smelly things.This is a great place for a beach run or just a picnic with the family.

Long sandy beach. Favorite of locals and visitors. Surfers and dog friendly.

We went there to enjoy some relaxed minutes at the beach. What a place, what a beach. The water was to cold to go swimming but we enjoyed every minute there. The beach is really big but there were only a handful of people there. It was so quiet that you could lie down and just listen to the waves.

Beautiful stretch of beach to take a romantic stroll, some pics and even a swim if you have your costume with you. Theres even a bit of wildlife for you to snap too if you want.

Really good beach to visit. Parking can be a problem but the parking area is safe.One of the most scenic and beautiful stretches of beach. Take all your own snacks and drinks as there are no shop close by. The beach is clean, definitely not crowded and if you lucky you get to see the horse riders trot along the shore. The water is cold and some rough sees but worth a visit. Mostly frequented by the locals walking their dogs.

This has been one of the most beautiful beaches in South Africa ever since I can remember. It used to be a very secluded beach 20 years ago, but nowadays I notice more people walking their dogs.

Beautiful beach! white sand, blue water, just beware the water is icy cold and when the wind blows it feels like youre stuck in a sand storm. If you take a walk down the beach left from the parking lot, youll find an old shipwreck buried in the sand! Great beach to watch the sunset from.
