Horrible customer service from Lauren at mend a bath, do not recommend.
Punctual service and the result was good.A warning is that the bath will be very slippery, but that may eventually disappear after more use.
Dear Wendy. Sorry to hear this, but thank you for telling us, the public, about your ordeal. Unfortunately, experiences like yours are shockingly common in Cape Town now, deplorable lack of accountability, no controls, chancers ripping us off and causing us the additional expense of having to make good after botched jobs.
Chips and bubbles appeared weeks after installation. After 10 months of trying to get repair and being lied to by the installer, his regional manager and all the way up to the Director of the South African headquarters, all I can say is that the company is dedicated to deceiving the customer. There is no quality control and there is no warranty.
