Absolutely fantastic store!If you go there please ask for Bongi Hebeni, this young lady really knows her stuff and shes quick and efficient. She helped identify an old white tile for me and then when they didnt have stock found a store that had it and made sure they kept it one side and allowed me to pay. To make their lives a little bit more difficult I drove in a small car... the poor dude at the loading bay tried to help me get my shower into the car it did not work! So they made arrangements that our bakkie could collect the next day. Everyone from the front door to dispatch have been exceptional. Customer service like this is incredibly hard to find.

Very good service from Bongie. I came from Milnerton there should be signage from the main road to CMT. It is completely off the road and just need a Sign directing one as to where to turn off. Thanks.

This is the milnerton branch that moved to a new location in the new Richmond business park just before Richwood. Bigger selection than some of the other branches. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

So happy with the service we received from Jaco Niemand, very helpful, super friendly and he really went the extra mile for us to make sure we got everything that we needed. He saved the sale for CTM after the atrocious service we received from CTM brackenfell.

Sorry CTM, but it is an absolutely unacceptable and cheap experience to discuss with you guys about the refund of a single 5kg bag of grouting (less than R100) after wrong invoicing - while your dispatch people are even to blame for the wrong invoicing - after I made a purchase of almost R40,000 (see slip attached).After we initially got some really good advice and assistance, the experience got really spoiled when we asked for a refund for some grouting leftovers.This is not how we do business. The 5kg grouting you saved made you lose a customer that wanted to buy a whole new bathroom with you next week.Very sad. We are unfortunately not going to come back.

I love shopping for tiles at CTM Richmond Park. They have such an awesome range of modern tiles for everyones taste at prices for everyones pocket. The sales team are friendly and helpful. Corne will bend over backwards to help. Virginia is always ready to serve with a smile. Definitely my favourite tile and sanitary ware store.

Always good service! Returned the boxes of tiles and tiling cement that wasnt used. Sorted out refund and assisted to offload in no time! They really give great service! Keep it up.

WOW what an experience. Their new store is absolutely fantastic. So much more space and beautifully laid out. It is so much easier to shop in their store, with the extra space and improved layout. Such a pleasure to shop their for all your bathroom and tiling needs.

Horrible experience ever. Walked in to find a salesman waiting at the door with a scanning device. He had no interest of helping us at all, as a result, we walked away with half of what we needed after we asked for everything.

I returned to the store and, although it was well past their returns policy date, they willingly exchanged the grout for the correct colour,.
