Pro-Fit gave me a price over the phone which I was happy to pay but they didnt bother sending me a quote/invoice/bank details despite 2 phone calls and 1 WhatsApp.I ended up buying from another company (Custom Glass Creations in Cape Town) that I called at 7pm and received a quote before 8am the next morning which I accepted and paid for immediately. Slightly more expensive but very impressive service.

Solly and Harris, the amazing team who installed our two showers have just finished the last job. To say we are delighted, is an under-statement of note. Pro-Fit manufactured a glass box shower for one of our bathrooms. it is an absolute joy to behold and gives a feeling of such freedom when using it. It is perfectly manufactured, fits the space it was specially made for exactly and is easy to clean and maintain.the second shower, bigger, required a shower screen. This is so professionally fitted - no long arms across the top of the shower, but a simple, short stainless steel bar at an angle - clever, innovative and easy to keep clean. To me what is the greatest pleasure is to work with a company where the staff think about what they recommend. They discuss it, give excellent advice and charge me a fee to do the work which is commensurate with true professionalism.Thank you, Solly and Harris, and thank you Pro-Fit. Gail the administrator ensure that i was kept informed at all times regarding progress of manufacture and time of installation. When last did any of you experience that?!

I have received amazing service from Pro-Fit... of 4 doors to be installed 2 of them had faulty magnetic strips.. Supplied by Builders Warehouse... Pro-Fit liased with Builders on my behalf and due to Pro-Fits professional advice... Builderswarehouse agrees to replace faulty magnetic strips.... and so more... due to Builderswarehouse offering pathetic delivery service... Pro-Fit has stayed in touch to arrange installation once shower doors are on sight... the team has gone more than an extra mile for me... and nowhere would you experience such amazing service....A huge thank you to Simon, Gail and Sollie.
