Crisp and clean display of their broad selection of tile designs. However was surprised to hardly find much subway tiles in different colours and sizes. The multitude of designer tiles are great to look at in store but I hoped to find more plain tiles in various colours and shapes to choose from. In addition, I spent about 20 minutes walking about and couldnt find any assistance, the only attention I received was from the forklift driver who alerts you with his hooter to step aside.

They ridiculously expensive keep looking at other deals, here and there things are affordable. But there variety is good however their tiles is overpriced most of the time.

Had to ask several times for service as staff seem to prioritize sorting of stock over customer service. Eventually when I decided to leave an assistant from behind the counter came to help.Not impressed at all with their level of customer service.

I am abit disappointed because the stuff that I quoted 3weeks ago u did not have when I went to go and buy it yesterday.

One has to wait for at least 10 - 15 minutes before anyone comes close to ask if you need assistance. The showrooms are set up pretty well. Pricing can be found and different ideas shown.

Staff are efficient and knowledgeable of their products. I loved their payment system. All staff are friendly. I recommend them highly.
