Greeted by friendly and mindful staff when I arrived. Great customer service and experienced no delays.The steampunk/vintage decor also gives this lively and upbeat restaurant a unique feel to it. The food was tasty and the beverages even more so - highly recommend the cocktails and milkshakes!

Went for a live show. Service was a tad slow at start, but no worries. Great pizza, cold beers. Live act was fantastic. Sound wasnt too bad for a restaurant. Will definitely go again.

Good food, good atmosphere, I like the cutlery and the plates. My style😎👍👍 I always sit outside and enjoy observing passers-by. They have an excellent menu, but do try the calamari and chorizo salad with yoghurt dressing as well as the zucchini fries with garlic mayo dip. Easy access for me as a disabled person and will accommodate wheelchair with greatest of ease. Well done, guys!!!

We visited TM on Saturday afternoon for a sundowner - our first time to TM in Durbanville.Despite only being there for some beers, the experience was wonderful!We sat at the bar and weren’t short of attention from our amazing barman, Linda, or the rest of the staff. Even the top man, Tim, made sure we were happy. The vibe of the restaurant in general was great too.The selection of beers on tap is heavenly (16 to choose from)! The Tigers Milk Weiss - Yum! Definitely one to recommend.Thanks TM, we’ll see you again soon :)

It looks stunningly beautiful, good place to go for a date or with friends. The food though is a 4 or less I didn’t like the presentation I hate those mugs that come with the food, their fried chips are the worst I have ever eaten. The beers were good though and the price was reasonable.

I have returned 4 times after receiving terrible service. I wanted to give Tigers Milk Durbanville an opportunity to prove me wrong however, each time it just got worse.Firstly, I always order the same cocktail and not once has it tasted the same. As far as I am aware, there is a recipe that should be followed and it is meant to taste the same.Secondly, just as above, the same holds for the food. Attached you will see an image of the burgers being served. Flavourless and not well prepared at all.Thirdly, the staff is extremely unprofessional and rarely return to the table for a follow-up. Every time I went there, I had to get up and order myself another drink at the bar.Fourthly, I have been going here at various times and days of the weeks to see if the service might be better but as mentioned above, it just gets worse each time.Final remark. I went to the bar last night and it was very quiet. I asked the waiters to please change the sports channel in which my request was ignored. I asked a second time and was told a person at the bar requested a different channel. I decided to wait for the match to finish-up and then asked after the match if they could change the channel. The manager came to me and told me that there was a large group coming in to watch a match which was about to start. To my surprise, I found that the manager lied to me. The game was only to start in an hour’s time, that it was his team playing and that there were no booking coming in.Usually when you have a problem, you speak to a manager. Here, you do not have that option.Strongly would advise against coming to this Tigers Milk.

Visited Tigers Milk on Saturday, 18 Sep and might I say, I am impressed. The food is absolutely bomb. The ambiance feels so chilled and the service is great! My waitress was so sweet. I highly recommend Tigers Milk if you want to go out and just have some drinks and tasties! You shall not regret.

My friends and I visited Tigers Milk on the 3rd of September for dinner in celebration of a friends birthday. From the onset the welcoming was not warm. Our table was pointed out to us and we made our way to it feeling quite unsure. A waiter came to our table and just dropped the menus. No introduction was given and no greeting uttered.We moved tables and the service didn’t improve much. After much time had passed our drinks were taken. We waited quite a while for our drinks to arrive. It finally did and we placed our food order. We were then told that there was issue with the oven and we could no longer order pizza.We ordered burgers. The food took so long and when following up with the waiter we were told the kitchen is a mess. Our burgers came and to say it was tasteless is putting it lightly. The burger was dry and tasteless. There was too little sauce so it was just dry and unappetising. The chips was oily and burnt.The poppers which were ordered as a starter never arrived even as the drinks and food arrived. We ended up just cancelling the starter. A beer that wasn’t ordered was brought to the table.It was not a pleasant experience. We were highly disappointed as we have heard good things on social media.It was not a good experience.

Great restaurant, the Tigers Milk franchise never disappoints. Visited at happy hour and was happy with the selection of wines and cocktails. The food was great, waited for about 20 minutes for it to come out. I would suggest having an earlier dinner if you want to avoid the crowds associated with weekends and evenings, otherwise its a perfect place to hang out with a friend or two and catch up, as it does not get very loud. The wait staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drink selection.Loved it here!

The Matthew Mole Concert was great. Food was good. Would have liked for it to be stock of the 3 menu items I ordered, but eventually found something that was instock. The pork ribs were super tasty. All in all good! 4 Stars!

The staff was friendly, the food was good, and the atmosphere was lovely. Unfortunately, I cannot give this establishment full marks, for one reason. I ordered a gluten free pizza base but did not receive one, and only noticed when I got the bill. I was suspicious that the pizza was not gluten free, but dismissed it - I simply thought the gluten free base was just better than most restaurants. However, by my second slice I was already feeling ill, as my body does not react well to gluten. I asked my waiter if I had received the gluten free base and she said yes, even if I wasnt charged for it. However, I do know my bodys reaction to gluten and Im almost completely certain that the pizza was not gluten free as I was told.I do hope this was a once-off occurrence, but I wont recommend it to individuals with celiac or non-celiac gluten sensitivity (like me)

I would recommend to anyone to get the moaning @ midnight burger. Every bite had a different delicious taste. The staff is fantastic and very friendly. I cant forget the vibes though. Such a great feel and love the decor.

Honestly I am giving this place 0 stars. The food was bland and flavorless I tried to add salt but that can only do so much. I am not a chef! I had attempted to return the food and was told I could not yet more than half of the food was left uneaten. Another waiter came and put us under the impression that we would be getting another plate. We sat there for a good 30 minutes to be given drinks and a thats the best we can do. The waiter was sarcastic and rude. I will never show my face in this establishment ever again. I am so disappointed and angry to have paid money just to starve and leave late in the rain ! Honestly, MAKE SURE ONE WAITER is serving ONE table so there is some coherency in the message/communication being given to customers!!!DO BETTER. I am livid I spent R400 expensive and tasteless. DO NOT GO HERE. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about this experience

Vibe and drinks were ok, but the food was lacking. Had burgers with cold, dry patties. Even the cheese sauce was coagulated. The jalepeno popper was good, though.

Tonight was really awsome. We called in advance to book a place (recommend to do it over weekends), then have a perfectly cooked steak and nice drinks for happy hour (before 7pm). The staff was also friendly and helpful. Golden oldies music were playing in the background bringing back memories. Definitely a place to visit more than once.

My favourite place in the Northern suburbs! Waiter Kyle is always entertaining and still professional! Knows his menu and is efficient!

The place was packed to the brim, next to no space or social distancing. We ordered the nachos which came pretty much cold after a long wait and there was pretty much nothing on the plate in any case, so very overpriced for next to no food. I would not recommend to anyone.Also we also found a piece of plastic in the guacamole???!!!

This was one of the only places open on New years Eve. They make great food and the atmosphere is very pleasant. They say its a bar and even though it is, you still have many families coming there.I asked the waiter to make me a red latte which isnt on the menu and he fixed me up. And it tasted great!

Finally, the long wait is over and I’ve not been disappointed. The industrial design with the copper touches and quirky decor makes want to scratch and poke behind all the corners. The staff were friendly, the food delicious. Sure they had hiccups with our orders but they aren’t even open for a week yet. Still, this joint is definitly my new favourite hangout!

The burger rolls were terribly dry and burnt due to the fact that they had expired. The sauce sticky and tasted like glue. The worst food I have ever tasted.

New Tigers Milk Durbanville is a very trendy restaurant and a must for anyone who enjoy good food. Lovely prepared steak finished with choice of chips, sweet potato fries or veg. Stunning atmosphere - just the place to be!!

This place isnt busy so there shouldnt be a excuse. Waiter sat us down and then left to fetch 2 menus eventho we booked for 4 people. 20min later we had to go fetch her to order. Received our food but there was no cutlery on the table...Been here from before when it was reasonably good. But i wont advise coming here again to anyone after this experience. Quite sad tbh the other branches are doing well but Durbanville has downgraded.

Visited on the 6th of Jun19This would have easily been a 5 star visit, but...We explicitly said NO onion and garlic for my wife as she is allergic (intolerant) basically anything in the Allium group. She received a normal mayonnaise with her burger, but later when I tasted it, realized it was clearly garlic mayo, but by then she already added it to her burger and ate it.I called the waiter, who then confirmed with the manager that it was in fact garlic mayo. Needless to say we did not get to dessert as my wife spent the rest of the evening nauseous in the bathroom. During waiting for her, while still in the restaurant we were offered a bottle of water... The evening was promising to be such a great one before turning into a disaster.Great venue. Great service. Great burger. Just sorry they tried to kill my wife. Listen to your clients, execute properly and rectify mistakes properly.

A simple lunch turned into two hours of waiting with the worst service I have ever had. Also as my food was served the fire alarm kept going off. No explanation from the manager or any of the staff. Terrible experience.

Very nice atmosphere and a wide choice of meals on the menu. Very friendly and swift service. The burgers are nice and juicy and a generous helping of creamy mushroom sauce on the Evil Twin Burger.Also a very wide range of drinks to choose from. From Whiskeys to Gin to cocktails. You name it and it is probably on the menu.There were many reserved tables but there were a few open tables available.

Burgers always dry, often miss toppings like pickles on burgers often missing topping on pizza yet food comes out and they hope you dont notice. Instead of briefing team and taking it off menu. Alcohol overpriced vs similar pubs in area

Definitely not value for money. The menu looks amazing and sets high expectations, but the qualify of the food disappoints. Also very bad service. Warm welcome apon arrival, thereafter one is left feeling forgotten about. Having to get up from your table to go look for assistance. Would not recommend for any occasion! Will now remember my 30th birthday with this absolutely disappointing dinner.

A letdown.The burgers were average and my wife had to send her burger back because the sauce was ice cold. The milkshake was ok, not nice and thick. When you charging above average price you should deliver great food.Even the table next to us sent back their fish because it was still frozen in the middle.

I would recon myself a jalapeño popper connoisseur if such thing would exist and this was perfect. Bear batter an soft thin skin chillies stuffed with a perfect cheesy and smoky bacon filling. They just close too early 12:00 😜

The place was not busy, maybe 3 seated tables. When seated and taking my drinks order, I waited 15min, then the waiter returned and informed me that they were out of stock! I waited then another 15min for my drinks order. The service is slow and food over priced
