Economic spares seems to me they stock from a needle to an anchor, extremely friendly service . More importantly they had what I needed simply two headlamps.Prior to that I went to a bid name spares outlet , but to my astonishment they had no stock. That was a frustrating moment for me! I travelled almost 50 kilometres to this store as I new from pady experience they definitely would have it in stock.

When it comes to parts they stock most of the common stuff, however I found their selection of tools and special equipment are fairly comprehensive. I managed to procure some rare tools at this branch that I wasnt able to find elsewhere. I would definitely recommend that you add this store to the list of places to enquire about motor vehicle related spares, equipment and tools.

At this branch, staff is not friendly. I was there last week to buy spark plugs. I was there for about 20 minutes and nobody assisted me. Theres no queue and the manager is not helpful either. I couldnt take it anymore and went somewhere else. 4 stars for the pricing but -2 for the treatment

Terrible customer service, doesnt even desreve a star. I came in looking for a part and they told me that they dont have it but might beable to make a modification to my existing part saying to come back the next day at 12pm. When I arrived the next day they said it wasnt done. When they should have called to tell me that it wasnt ready.They then told me to come back by 5pm but I couldnt do it that as I needed to be at work. I said I would come fetch it the next day. Next day came and I called to find out if anything had been done, still nothing. Then repeatedly calling and having my calls ignored for two weeks.I then went in to collect my possesions and was told that it wasnt there. But at the mechanics house. I went to this mechanic who said my belongings were still at the shop. The whole mess could been avoided if they had just said they cant help me . They have lied and wasted my time. The customer service should be standardized no matter how small the amount of money they are going to make. I believe that the business is Muslim owned. As a Muslim myself I feel the way in which they conduct their business is quite, distrustful, disrepectful and disgraceful.Especially in the month Ramadan.
