Had a small chip in windscreen. PG glass fixed it with resin. Very friendly and excellent service.

I am so impressed with their service, Victor help me and went out of his way to assist me. The quote was R600 cheaper than Stellenbosch PG Glass, and 10 times better customer service than Stellenbosch!!

The establishment is clean and well faced, however the trainee staff member was less than friendly and helpful when I went for my insurance evaluation. I am used to the staff member looking up your details via your policy number and filling the forms in however I was asked to do my own, next to her booth within 60cm of her and when I couldnt hear her mumbling under her mask and said Excuse me she got sarcastic. Not the best experience, especially compared to the friendliness of the Bellville branch.

The in-house service was fantastic and professional.I want to request that a commendation be given to the technician that attended to my vehicle for the windscreen fit, and the trainee female that assisted him.They were excellent and proficient at their work.The team was meticulous and highly professional and worked to exceed customer expectations.They have conscientiously driven the mission , vision and value statements of their company in an extra ordinary manner.I recommend this company without any reservations and thank them for a superb service.

Took just less than 2 hours they committed to, to replace windscreen. Not much in the area so get someone go pick you up instead of waiting

Wonderful and effecient service. My cracked windscreen was repaired in 20 min time. They sent in the claim, I did nothing except wait for the repair. You got windcreen problems come to PG.

PG Auto Glass needs to work on their communication skills. waited most of the day for someone to call me back, left few messages for a call back, explained that my time is limited due to work contraints. no email for the quote or stock availability. I called Glasfit - everything done with in 7min.

Service was satisfactory, however, they made me stand in the rain, which I thought was unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Friendly gentleman from Client Services who assisted me straight away whilst I were a walk-in to repair my front windscreen. In and out within 40 mins. He completed paperwork and confirmed with insurance. Excellent.

Went to your branch in Somerset west now for glass for a side table...consultant said they only do car glass - i suggest you dont call yourself pg glass....as you would presume all glass....makes no sense. So if you want glass...dont go to pg glass...unless for your car

Really poor service. From the moment I spoke to the inefficient lady who answered my first of many calls I should have followed my instincts and looked for another provider. Frustrated is an understatement.

I just want to say BRAVO! This is what service and genuine care for customers is all about. I had an accident where my rear light was ripped out and hanging by its wires, I ended up at PG glass for another reason just after it happened and while I was sorting things out at reception one of their amazing guys stuck my light back to my car. I couldnt believe my eyes! The wonderful gentleman who helped me (whose name I regretfully didnt get) just smiled and said, Well, it looks better at least. Thank you!

Horrifyingly bad service from PG Glass Somerset West. Firstly completely ignored me and skipped over me when I went to their office, I had to get the attention of the manager to get helped. They quote me and say theyll do the measurements the next day and possibly have it done on that day. Well they came to do the measurements but didnt install it, I can understand that. But then I dont hear from them for 3 days and I have to follow up with them. They say theyll come the day after but they dont show up. For 2 weeks I had to constantly call them only for them to tell me theyll come tomorrow but never show up. I got fed up and called in demanding to talk to the manager at least 5 times on 3 seperate days but he is always conveniently not there and theyll take your numner but hell never contact you back. Id honestly rather go to their branch in Stellenbosch if I had to use PG Glass again.

Because there some hidden costs that you only find out about there and also not updating the cars licence disc

I am disappointed in the service from this PG Glass. Although the front of house staff are friendly, the workshop is slow. Furthermore, it was extremely hard to get ahold of them. I phoned about 3 times throughout the business day and never got through. Eventually I managed to make an appointment through the PG Glass website with the Chat feature. I was told that I’d be helped at 11:00 and it would take 30 minutes. At 11:47 I went out to check on my car and this is when they started. I also received some snarky comment from one of the workshop men whilst approaching my car. I should have rather gone to GlassFit in Victoria Rd

An update on my previous review; Since my last review on PG glass Somerset West, I would like to change my star count from 1 to 4. After my complaint on Google review and PG glasss Facebook page, Ive had a pleasant experience with the business. PG glass responded to my complaint immediately via FB response and a follow-up call. They arranged for a quote and a repair within the week. Im glad to find businesses that values customer services highly and will use their services again. Well done PG glass Somerset West!!

I called his business, got a response from the sales person, i tried to place the order and he never called me back, i called him and emailed him 4 times, then i called and spoke to a lady who then sent a quote and i approved it 3 x and called about 6 times, spoke to the sales manager and still no order, SHOCKING SHOCKING, businesss close all the time.................
