This review is very long overdue. I had an amazing experience with Ashwin Samuels. Great customer service is so rare especially in South Africa that I feel its important to give credit where its due. He went above and beyond. Kept me in the loop and ensured delivery and the sale was finalized in 24 hours. Whenever there was a glitch he communicated effectively throughout the process. Would definitely recommend him a thousand times. I can confidently say that he would be the only reason I purchase from Lewis stores again. I personally think he needs a promotion to sales manager so he can train and equip all the new hires with the right customer service skills. If could give you 10 stars I would. You a whole brand ambassador for the Lewis group .Well done and may you grow in your career.

Hi everyoneI personally had a very good experience from a particular sales person at the Kuilsriver branch.Lauren Malgas went over and beyond for me to resolve a matter with a faulty product. She wasnt the innitial salesperson either but as soon as I had a complaint, she managed to sort it out.Out of pure frustration, I lost my cool a few times and for that I apologised, but she gracefully told me she understands and that shell do what she can to sort it out... AND THEN SHE DID!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH LAUREN, YOU WERE AWESOME!!!

Terrible. Card machine does not work. Lewis Stores lost a 6K+ deal...
