I requested my dryer to be fixed as it was not completing its cycle successfully and had an error that the lint filter was full when it was in fact empty. 7 visits to my flat later and over a month without a working tumble dryer, my dryer has still the same symptoms. After testing it onsite with their technicians who witnessed it not performing and speaking to the technical manager 6 days ago and multiple emails to them, they have ghosted me with no response to my request for a full refund (of which I am entitled to as per the CPA). FIXITT, please respond to me so we can resolve this query

I was Very Impressed with Gavin, Vivian and Eric! They quickly figured out why my fridge door was not closing and resolved the problem. They also put back the drawer and shelves of the door, fixing a crack in one of the plastic shelves. Was a pleasure dealing with them especially Vivian who has excellent people skills. This business is a scam. They were previously Mr Fix It and then had to close down and reopen as Fixitt in order to avoid the consequences of numerous claims they were facing in court.Their repairmen would attend a house, allegedly replace something expensive, then leave without the problem fixed. Then they say they have to take appliance to their shop and you never see it again.The scam is the repairmen allege to replace a compressor for example and then dont. They then remove a compressor from their truck inventory and sell it privately or use it to do private repairs.Dont use them. You will regret it.

I was very impressed with the prompt response from FIXITT. Communication was clear, Daniel and Allie arrived at the time arranged and dealt with the issue in a fast and professional way. They explained to me what was wrong and that a normal service would fix the problem. Definitely a company that is saved in my index for future use!

Great service. Daniel and Allie were respectful and professional. They worked quietly, quickly and efficiently. They were on point with their assessment, had the repair part available and fixed my oven within an hour. They cleaned up after themselves.

My fridge was not working on both the freezer & the fridge. I was helped by Aubrey, Joseph & Sanele. They came on time and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes and proceeded to explain the fix and they carried it out. The entire process took less than an hour and now I have a working fridge.

Be careful as they are very quick to ask you to review their service immediately as you might experience problems later on. They came twice but the problem is still there. They have a 6 months warranty of which you can expect them to come to your place for the next 6 months to fix the same thing.Wouldn’t recommend their services. If you can, get a new appliance or use a different company.

The repair team was very considerate and professional. They were very helpful and efficient. The office or admin team was really bad, though. It took around a week of back and forth to get the team here, but once they were here, they were great. A pity that the admin side was so frustrating.

Carte Blanche needs to have a look into this scam of a business. They charge a call out fee and then you never hear from them again. When you call them they make excuses and say they will be in contact. The good reviews have been bought. Dont fall for it.

I contacted the company on a Saturday morning and was asked to send my details through to confirm a booking for Monday, which I did. I heard nothing back, so I followed up on Monday morning and was told the technician would contact me at about 9-10am. I eventually got a call at 12 noon asking if they could come between 4-5pm. I asked if they could come at 5pm and they said yes. At 5:30pm, when nobody had arrived, I called the technician and his phone was off. I called the office, they went to investigate and called me back to say they had offered to come from 3-4pm and I was not available then (not true). Honestly, they couldnt have made this process more frustrating, so Ive made a booking with another company instead.

Daniel and Allie attended to my fridge which was never turning the motor off so they regassed it and now it works fine. Arrived when they said they would, explained the costs to me which were quite high I thought but - ok - I wanted my KIC fridge repaired

I was told someone would be coming to assess my washing machine on Wednesday. They then didnt contact me and I had to phone them to ask what is going on. Its now Friday and Im still waiting on someone to come and help me out. I would not recommend their services.

I have paid my assessment fee on 24 August, today is the 3rd of September and to date I did not even receive a quote, The reason I sourced this business was because of the comments on the website of satisfied customers and a quick turnaround time after all a oven is something you use every day... this is all a lie, I cannot even get through to anyone but the receptionist and my oven has been standing with fix it for the last two weeks.

I wouldnt suggest using them at all. I paid a ridiculous call out fee and havent received any feedback. I have needed to cal them 1000 times with thousands of empty promises. My mails arent returned. Its been 8 weeks and I still havent had any feedback and nothing has been fixed.

We called fixitt at about 9:30am and after replying to their sms form..they arrived at about 12. and fixed our samsung on the spot and in a very professional mannerpleasure dealing with aubery and his team

I contacted Fixitt to repair my AEG stove in March 2021. They responded the next day to the call-out and performed troubleshooting and found the oven light and socket to be faulty. However, this is where their service stopped. 4 Months later they have still not attempted to resolve the problem they identified despite several emails and phone calls. They also charged me more for the callout than they quoted and have still not fixed anything. Seems to me they just charge for callouts without fixing anything. I have wasted my money and decided to share my experience to hopefully help others not to fall into the same trap.

This folk did not even want to come out to my area. I had to take my microwave to them. Paid R450 for them to just look at. Waited over a week to get a quote & only got one of R1300 to repair it, after I called. Opted to just fetch the broken unit as I couldve bought a new unit rather. My unit was dirty & full of scratches when I collected it & they want to tell me that is how they received it when I personally delivered it. Staff not wearing any masks as per law. Stay away from Fixitt as they fix nothing. Found out that the part plus labour to fix my unit costs R450. I am sure these positive reviews are fake.

About two weeks after Aubrey and Norbert had put in a new compressor, the same fault returned. Hugo came to investigate, and found the real problem was in the mini PC board, which could only be repaired in the workshop. Luyanda and Bonga delivered a loan fridge and took mine in. A few days later I was advised that the repair was done but the fridge would be on test for three days in the workshop to ensure it was working properly. In due course Luyanda advised that he would be returning my fridge and collecting the loan fridge. He and Bonga arrived with Hugo, who had apparently done the mini PC board repair. Hugo wanted to make sure my fridge was properly installed. He phoned later to check.All the abovementioned deserve 5 stars for customer service.Luyanda and Bonga deserve 6 stars for doing so much more than delivery and collection.And Hugo deserves 7 stars for accurate diagnostics and repair.Well done, FIXITT, and thank you!

Further to my review below, here is an update:I was just called by Marwaan Achmat who is the opertations manger for Fixitt and he was rude and shouting on the phone. He did not like my review as he said I was lying although, I was given the information from our tenant. He is arrogant and disrespectful and forceful, instead of trying to resolve the issue as a decent human being, he reverted to calling a client a liar. I called their offices and enquired about what was happening and no one could help me and he basically tried to tell me I dont have a right to complain, so basically he is a bully. Please stay away from this company not worth the energy.My best advise to any one is not to use Fixiit, they do not get back to their clients and are unresponsive. Marwaan the operations manager makes empty promises and they to not check the work properly. I called them out on the 8th June 2021 and advised that we had a washing machine which might not have been connected properly and they went out sent a invoice and told our tenant they needed to collect the washing machine, no report was given. I called and spoke to a Omar and emailed again on the 15th June 2021 for an update on a question, no reply, then on the 17th called and spoke to a Marwaan and emailed and 21st still no reply, another email, 28th another email, 29th they found a crack in the filter which the tenant had to advise and they did not pick up. 1st July 2021, tenants calls and says they removed the filter from the property and told her she cannot use the washing machine and they would collect the washing machine on 30th, which we had not consented to as we did not even receive a report. I am waiting for Marwaan to advise. Omar apparently does not know his operation managers Surname.Worst service ever, DO NOT USE FIXXIT!!!
