I am disgusted by the customer service and the way I was treated by the head office staff, Candice(PA to a director) & Lonwabo(Area Manager)I bought a Dixon washing machine on the 01Dec 2019, from Cash Crusaders N1 City, Value Centre. The spinner broke within 3 months. We took it in to the store for repairs, we were told the Dixon washing machine is prone to have a spinner problem. After getting it back the machine spinner broke again in November 2020. Since then we have been dealing with Cash Crusaders head office and the store.After numerous phone calls and follow up calls to the head office, Candice kept saying she will follow up and then 1 day while speaking to Candice, she slammed the phone down in my ear after being very rude on the phone and not giving me a chance to speak. I was totally shocked. I continued to resolved the matter as as I was without a machine for 5 months with no one getting back to us. We finally got the area manager Nonwabo number and WhatsApp him. He told up the report say CUSTOMER NEGLIGENCE, and was very cocky in his WhatsApp conversation to us and also blue ticking me. Today after 9 months of not having my washing machine after it went it for repair in 01 November 2020, I called Nonwabo and he was so so rude on the phone calling the person who called him on behalf of me bro and persisting to give in an opportunity to speak while he interrupted me while speaking. No consequences to rude head office staff to clients. How does a company get away with treating a customer like this. Can I please get some assistance and guidance. I feel I am fighting alone against this company, hiding behind their company policy and reports they claim to be gospel and the poor customer has no leg to stand on. I feel this case was NOT handled within merit and fairly.

Really expected more of this place. I bought a Bluetooth speaker from them brand new and discovered charging issue with it the device in just about 1 month. Took it in apparently it had to go in for testing 3 weeks has passed and still havent heard back. The women Ive had to speak to on more than one occasion speaks to me as if shes the customer. Id imagine they believe a common courtesy call to keep their customers posted is distant. Also I wonder if I or anyone else can walk out of their store with goods and not pay, cause thats in turn what they doing to I paid for something I bought they got it back and Im sitting with nothing. Great job

Not one of the sales people acknowledged me. I walked in the shop for 10 mins. Picked up an expensive pot looked at it intently. Not one salesperson approached me to ask me if I needed assistance.Another patron needed to call a salesperson to get them to open a locked cabinet. That salesperson then called a different person to assist the customer.Definately not limpressed with the lack of service at this branch.The staff seemed more interested in playing offensive music at high volumes than serving customers.They have cctv cameras. I recommend the manager looks at the footage to see what the staff are/arent doing.Definately wont be shopping there again

Declining customer service seems to be on the rise in South Africa and people not listening to your requests, violating COVID-19 protocol by letting more than the allowed number of customers in, etc. Thanks for talking to me with your mask off and not sanitizing too, Im Autoimmune. -10/10 experience. 👎👎👎👎👎

They were so helpful ,all of the staff ,I came in there wanting one item ,I left with Five ,even sang a few songs on their sound and they were cheering and loving it ,I might even hit a job loose haha Thanc guys was lovely and thanx so much too management for an amazing deal

I phoned in to ask if they have the product i required in stock, they confirmed, i then went there 2 pick it up. Very Friendly staff, spoke to Macy, who kept her word and immediatley helped me, very good service.

I have always been taking in my goods for the purpose of getting a fair deal with the franchise in exchange for cash and then paying the franchise back for going to go and.get my goods back from the franchise for allowing me to get cash needed until the end of the month...I hand in my goods for cash needed for personal reasons and then I get the best value for money for borrowing money from the franchise and paying the franchise back for my goods at the end of the month... Very friendly staff and an excellent Branch Manager..I have never ever had have received any bad or negative dealings with the franchise and I rate this franchise as one of the best businesses to trade in your goods for the best value for money in order to receive the best value for your goods u r going to buy back from the franchise at the end of the month and the interest rate is very reasonable and fair with regards to the value you are borrowing money in exchange for receiving the best value for money for your goods you hand over to the franchise for money needed for personal reasons and knowing that your goods will be well looked after and receiving it back in the same condition you handed it over to the franchise for cash needed. I highly recommend this franchise for the purpose of getting cash needed for the value of your goods and then paying the franchise back at the end of the month for borrowing cash from the franchise...5 stars all the way. I have been dealing with the franchise for the past five years already. Awesome service.

After spending 4 hours trying to get through on a call to parkland cash crusaders. Macy from the N1 city was very quick to answer the phone. She was helpful and very friendly. Great team.

Promise to call back, never do. Multiple phone calls saying I want to sell three items including a bed as I am moving in 2 days and need to get rid of it. Only to tell me when they arrive they cannot take the bed because they have too many. Customer service very poor.

I found the service to be totally pathic! After purchasing various items from the N1 branch I required a replacement part for the one item I bought I spoke to 3 ladies who stated dont worry sir well sort this matter out nothing was ever sorted out and nobody from the branch ever got back to me. My loss was R500 it was a lesson hard learned but personally I would Never shop at the N1 branch again from me I give a 1 star for location and nothing more
