The mosr amazing petshop i have seen thus far in the helderberg area. Beautifully arranged. Such a variety of items, clean fishtanks , animals for sale are in excellent condition. Both times I got assisted quickly and so professional with expert advice. I strongly recommend for best advice and professional service for all your pet needs this is the GO-to place.

Great selection on cages and bird food but I find the shop too full - difficult to move around in. Definately not wheelchair friendly or accessable. Mostly have birds and a few rodents... basically mice and a few dwarf hamsters.

Hi, Ive been to this shop a couple of times and they have a large variety of items and animals. They have a vast amount of different bird breeds and other little critters you could ever imagine. We normally got our love birds, hamsters, chickens and bunnies here, along with their accessories. I do recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for the perfect feathered or furry friend. The staff is also very helpful, friendly and know their stuff.I do have a question though, do you, birds haven pet shop, have any dojo fish; goldfish; or snails?Love this shop! Keep up the good work!

Animal lovers love this store! They cater for most pets needs and is a very well stocked shop. Prices are competitive and often cheaper than other local competitors. The owners are hands-on and always friendly, as well as helpful... this attitude shows in their workers as well. Enough parking is an added plus.

Hate pet shops. All those birds and tiny miniature creatures kept in cages and sold to whoever for whatever purpose. They also breeding birds, and probably the little things too. Close down ALL pet shops.

A LARGE aquarium section with everything from plants to equipment to fish, birds and more. Really friendly staff and knowledgeable too. Bought fish and equipment... Spent money,..... Chatted a lot after. Really genuine nice cashier lady and aquarium advisor. Perfect pet shop!

Fantastic shop if you have birds. They have a huge selection of bird toys for any size birds. Friendly and efficient staff. Well worth the drive to go there - you will find almost everything you are looking for.

Wide variety of pet products and accessories. Very good go-to place for anything bird related. Shop is very full and not particularly spacious, so not good for groups of people, but better prices and service than larger franchise stores. And the staff get to know one personally which is great!

Not the best part of town, the shop has been around for years and offers experience in that regard. Good prices and stock availability. Friendly staff but seems as there is only one person who knows answers and all the other staff members redirect you to her.

If you share a house with a parrot, as I do, then you should go here. What more is there to say! (OK, there is a wide range of other stuff, too, for your cat, dog, hamster, rat, fish, and so on. But seriously - just get a parrot, and then go to Birds Haven!)

I went to Birds Haven Pet Shop for the first time a few days ago ... prices are unbeatable, staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. This is my new, and now only, shop to go to for all of my pets requirements.

Anything u need for all animals is available here, u get a big variety of birds, mice, tropical fish, rats, hamsters etc., plus many different types of bird, dog and cat food, plus the staff r always so friendly.
