The most amazing veterinary clinic ever. From the front line staff to the actual vet. After a very bad experience at a reputable clinic, vet world saved the day. I toke my fur child, Max to Vet world after him having an accident. The experience was out of this world. The whole staff went out of their way to see that myself and Max were comfortable right through the process. I will not go to any other vet ever again. Best experience at a vet in a very long time. Visited the vet with my puppy 29 April 2021, I was a few mins late and informed them, they were very understanding and accommodating, even asked if I needed help bringing my puppy in when I arrived. The institution is very clean and tidy, staff from reception to the Vet are sincere, warm and friendly, not only to me the customer but to my puppy aswell. Staff goes out of their way to assist with information and guidance. Prices are reasonable and even cheaper than compared to other vets in the vicinity. I must give them a big THUMBS UP for there platforms for communication and appointments with customers, they are even on WhatsApp. Keep up the good work and the idea of not only a business but also the treatment towards customers and their pets. Thank you very much for the sincere manner in which you all deal with me Mr Neil Martin and my dog Dex.

I would never use another vet for my pets.They were very helpfull and pleasant.

Sadly I didnt get quite the experience as previous reviewers.Took my 5mth old kitten for spaying on Friday 30 Apr and collected her after 5 the afternoon.I was called by Dr Venter the afternoon to give me an update on how the procedure went, which I really appreciated as it set my mind at ease greatly.Unfortunately when we got home, she started pulling at the plaster bandage despite my trying to stop her. I called and spoke to Megan who promised that she would speak to the vet present and call me back. This never happened and while I was asleep the Saturday night, my cat managed to pull off the bandage completely and ate it.She became very ill the Sunday to the point of vomiting up her second and last pain pill, vomiting bile and refusing to eat.I was quoted R1000 consultation at TAH because that is the vet the aftercare page refers to.I would have let this entire matter just be, but am appalled by the attitude of Patricia. On Monday I received a whatsapp from Megan asking how Faith was doing and I updated her and expressed my disappointment at never hearing back and being left to my own devices as a first time cat owner.Patricia responded the following day that I received an aftercare sheet which tells me what to expect after getting home. I respectfully informed her that she knows nothing about this matter and to not send me generic responses. Her response? No problem.The reputation of a new establishment depends on the entire team. The way this whole experience leaves me feeling is that this was a chop-shop process and sort things out yourself afterwards.I doubt very highly that I will go back to have the stitches removed.
