I love milkshake and had to try their jug shake. It is definitely worth it. The smoky joe burger was really good too. This is a must visit for everyone. You can take my word for it.

Poor service and bad management. Was double billed for a meal. Owner of the business agreed that taking money from a customer who already paid was wrong and would speak to waiter. Called the next day to say I made a mistake and no money was given. Unprofessional and dishonest businesses never last....

Joes Easy Diner by far has the best burgers in the Northern Suburbs. But dont take my word for it, go and try them out for yourself. Top service, very nice setting and tasty, really tasty food.

My 2nd time there and never again. The first time was for Sunday lunch, very disappointing, cold food and dry. This morning I tried their breakfast, after half an hour, they said to me that they are still waiting for the oil to heat up, and that my order will still take some time. I canceled the order, because I am not willing to wait longer to eat. They still had the odasity to try and charge me for food I never had, needless to say, I did not pay, I only paid for my coffee, I had. Never ever again. It would have been a different story if there were a lot of clients, but there were only 1 table with clients. No wonder the place is always empty.

The milkshakes are really good. The selection is vast, youre spoiled for choice at Joes. The waitress was very friendly and made us feel right at home. The music really captured the feeling of the 50s, creating a pleasant atmosphere in the establishment.

The best and smoothest cappuccino i had in a very long time. The burgers were fantastic. You can tell its been well thought of as the patties were the perfect size and the buns didnt disintegrate .The staff were very attentive and very strict on the Covid hygiene protocol. Really excellent value for money.You can feel safe eating at Joes Diner.Had a great Friday afternoon , burger run at Joes Diner , my daughter loved the setting and wants to return way to often . Get transported back to the 50s with a proper old school diner, polished counter top, red leather seats, milkshakes, burgers and waffles! And dont forget the 50s music. They open VERY early in the morning. Perfect spot for a quick brekkie or coffee before that early meeting. Take you parents or grandparents, they will absolutely LOVE IT!

As a new establishment (recently opened) I must say Im quite impressed with the venue! The food portions are big! More that I expected! After a slight blunder with my order, it was very enjoyable. My partner & our 5-yr old enjoyed their meals too!I would definitely give it another chance, since the host (& manager?) was very friendly. The place definitely has potential & I look forward to when it really takes off & becomes a place to go.Overall, a very good experience was had.

We decided to try Joes Diner tonight via Mr Delivery. Was not impressed when we received our boxes and milkshakes all separately as they didnt have bags to put the boxes in. And this was not Mr Deliverys fault. We ordered 2x Original Burgers, a side salad, 2x milkshakes and chicken wings. To charge R25.90 for what I got as a salad is ridiculous. It wasnt even dressed. Not to mention the piece of plastic wrap that was still on my one piece of cucumber! I got 1 slice of pickle and 1 slice of tomato on top of my patty that was in 2 pieces. Also due to it not being in a bag the burgers had moved around. There were no sauces or straws. At least the milkshakes were good. Very disappointed after what I read on Google and will not order from here again.

I was disappointed when it closed down so drove all the way to this one only to discover that it doesnt come anywhere close to comparing with how awesome the Canal Walk one used to be. Eds Diner in Pretoria is so much better. These people have lost the plot.

Went to Joes Diner Wednesday morning after my daughter persuaded me to go. What a wonderful experience! Our waitress were amazing and the food were fresh and tasty. The manageress couldve been friendlier and she didnt check up on any tables in the store. However it wont keep me away as I really need to try the rest of the menu items!😁

Waitress not very friendly, served a regular customer who came after me first when i already had been there for 10 min, ordered salad burger, meat tasted old and greasy and salad dressing was sour the combo did not compliment each other. They did not have any sugar free beverages and only gave still bottled water. Male waiter was very friendly though. Atmosphere is nice though owner just needs to up the quality combinations of food and make sure stock is sufficient and waitresses are trained properly!

We went to Joes diner in beaufort west today. Wasnt a very good expierence. We had a hotdog the frankfurter tasted like it was made of vinegar. The premuim shakes are near to tastless. The general staff is not very welcoming. The only good thing was our waiter. To top it off my faince left a review on their bwest page and the manager left some unprofessional comments on our review after i told her her comments was unprofessional se removed them. So a bad expierence turnef into a very awfull one
