They wear gloves & masks, get your food to you fast, and friendly. The food is always fresh, so no chicken drenched-in-old-oil taste. They also have two car bays where you can qr-scan and order and they will bring your order out to you if you prefer without you going through the drive through or you having to go inside for your food. I vasy extremely impressed with the service we received.

I was here a week or so ago, on a Friday night which in our town is madness. The staff had me absolutely amazed with how efficiently they operated. Food was ready in a matter of minutes and I was even assisted with carrying my food out to my car.

Best KFC ever. The food and service are the best. Other KFC dinners dont compare. I would like to know who the owner/manager is. I need to compliment them.

I had to give 1 star to rate this place. This kfc dalview is terrible. Their chicken is always dry, chips is raw and oily. I have never given a bad review on a place but I would suggest new management.

Third time that Im not satisfied. Twice I bought HALF coffees and today I received half of my order via Mr D. Not drivers fault, staff doesnt take their work seriously. Very disappointed. Once again my order was incorrect, second time now. Ordered a Streetwise 3 with pap and no gravy was included, the three pieces of chicken was also clearly not up to standard. The Double Crunch meal I ordered they never included the buddy Coke and no serviettes or salt was supplied either. Mr Delivery which I opted to use for delivery had to go back to fetch the buddy Coke. That is POOR customer service KFC! You lost me as a customer for sure! Please also keep the phone call to me to apologize since clearly you dont do anything about poor service and poor food quality so why waste my time and yours.

Reveived very friendly service from the drive-thru. Got some item wrong but was sorted by Esther without any problems. The lady at the door was more engaged with her cell phone than being interested in looking me in the eye when I asked to use the restroom. Although they have a restroom its not available, her reason is because they do not do sit-downs.

I got old food and the service was slow... my bucket for one wasnt quality at all.We ask if they dont have fresh food we would take a 20 minutes till food is ready excuse. Not wait for 10mintues for food that looks like it was made 2 hours ago. They chips where just bad that I through them away.Quality means giving people that instead of substituting. Not even sure if Masala chicken was canceled or it was a excuse. They same energy youll advertise promotion let us know too that its canceled.

I thought I finally got it right at your drive through by checking the contents of my take away before leaving surprise surprise again items were missing. I requested the missing items and thought to myself I finally get everything I ordered. But....I get home taste the supposed Sprite I ordered it is just soda water with no flavour. Absolutely never buying at this KFC again.
