The place is very clean and not busy as other franchise, I dont know if it because of the location or. When comes to food I would say number one because it fresh meat and prepared fast. One thing I like about KFC outlet they ensure that they follow Covid regulation.

You can taste old oil in the chicken, tried them more than once after this old oil aftertaste,and on weekends is when the old oil taste is very prominent in the chicken.

Food was great but the service was very poor. Girl at the drive through kept on assuming what we wanted to order so she kept canceling the order and correcting it. Girl at the receiving window told us we can go now while we were still checking if our food was what we ordered, there wasnt even a car behind us

Beware if you buy from KFC Brakpan and Mr D, they advertise something and when they charge you its double the price. I bought 2 KFC Twister deal advertise for R49.90 each, when they charge me its R80.90 each. When they delivered I get two cooldrink and two chips nothing else. So its paying R169.99 for two 500ml of cooldrinks and two medium chips. What a rip off. Phone them no help at all, I must just now accept the rip off. Maybe thats how they make there returns after lockdown, just my question????

Service was disgusting. Waited almost an hour for three buckets for 1. Wasnt even that busy. They gave me the wrong slips and took their time. If I were starving and it was the only place to get food I would rather starve. Food was iffy.Update: I ordered a delivery on Sunday night. My order took almost an hour and a half to finally arrive. After I called them 3 times. They only had one driver on duty. Not his fault. When my order eventually arrived it was wrong and the driver had no slip. My 21 piece bucket had 19 pieces in it and was cold. I counted because it didnt look right. It seems whether I go there or order delivery they cant get it right. I have every intention of calling the head office and complaining. Once Ill let it go. Twice is really annoying. Three times in a row is completely unacceptable!

Rubbish! They dont follow instructions or requests! And when ordering nuggets, they didnt put the dip! Never ordering from this trash again! Will order from dalview and in fact, dalview took way quicker to deliver than this Brakpan kfc and theyre just 3 min away!!

They always have fresh chicken but if you ordering a streetwise 2 or 3 please check what pieces of chicken they give you, if you dont check, they sometimes try to sneak in those funny small pieses of chicken into your meals. Like the back, side breast as well as the shriveled up wing.

I enjoy KFC a lot. Always try their new recipes and have our favourites as well. I ordered last week and had it delivered. My last order I was ripped off. Was charged R15 for delivery even though we never were charged previously. Purchased fully loaded zinger meal, all star meal, kiddies meal and their new dunked pops. I asked with the fully loaded zinger to have dunked wings instead and was assured its no problem. It shows on my slip as well hand written but no dunked wings received. I paid R101 for fully loaded and R74.99 for All star when it clearly shows the prices isnt this. As everyone knows All star is R59.99. How did fully loaded go from R85.99 to R101.00

The new Crunch Sliders were a huge disappointment.Definitely what you get is no like on the advert at all.I were shocked after opening the little take away box and seeing what we got... Unfortunately I left in a hurry to get home otherwise I would most definitely give it back and insist of a refund.Will not support them ever again.Sorry but KFC overall keeps on being a huge disappointment overall.

I cant understand why an establishment can have a problem with speed point payment for close to 5 months. The meals are fresh and succulent compared to other KFCs within a 10km radius though.

Poster indicates serving breakfast from 06h00 but was there again by 07h15 it is not open. The Lady is cleaning the floor by 07h20 and customers are waiting outside. Can management hire more people to serve custmers. There was delivery and they were all busy that side. I am just mentioning delivery even previous day they opened after 07h00. Pls stop deceiving us about breakfast at 06h00!!!
