I always buy Food at Dalpark but what I saw today was something else, the franchise priotise on Drive thru and Mr D, which means walk in customers wait more than expected time for their order. One thing I understand is that peak times like weekends and months comes with lot of pressure and that where business get tested. I believe the is room for improvement. My order was mixed up and delayed.The food was good though.

Food used to be good however I noticed that they reduced salt drastically. Is this accross the board or poor management. I do not enjoy the zinger wings from there anymore. The burger fillets are dry and very thin. They sauce is reduced. Not a good spot anymore. Look g for other kfc places around the area.

Terrible service.. food was terrible n the chicken was raw..

Chicken was dry and the portions where nit regular.The mash I had bought for my son I could not feed him as it had gone off I threw it in the bin

So, aparently if kfc runs out of mash, youre not allowed to get the roll either? Well thats what happened today.

Found a live spider in the food and was in Leondale already when we discovered such.. My assumption is that where they keep the food boxes its not clean.. So the spider was in the box already.. I still fail to understand how the lady who packed missed it.. 😞

The service was excellent especially the cashier by the of Thobile she was very helpful thanks to her with exquisite service.

Used the drive through and found it an ease to order and surprisingly enough, no shortages or mess ups with my order. Food was fresh and both ladies on the payment and despatch counter were friendly. Keep it up

Nice KFC, just no social distancing at all. There is a lady at the door with the sanitiser spray but that is that.The food on the other hand good

Yesterday I been to the drive through at kfc carnival,they had given us the wrong order but we went back and they gave us the right order. Staff was friendly, they even apologized. food was freshly made and delicious, really enjoyed it.

They didnt have half the stuff for their specials that were running, we had to compromise and the experience was not as pleasant as we planned because we didnt get what we hoped we would.

Best KFC in East Rand. Chicken always fresh, service fast. Only once got the wrong order.

Worse service in the history of KFC, with the exception of Demisile who tried her best to be of help. I will never buy there again, not even if I get paid to do it. They can come and learn something and more at KFC BRAKPAN where the service is friendly, efficient and timely.

Service very slow. Food not up to par. Crunch burger was not crunch at all and was small. Colonel burger had no flavour. Fries were old and cold.
