The food is good, their problem is that they dont check to clean thier table the moment when other are done eating.I had to clean the table myself and when the serviettes are finished where you wash your hands they dont refill so one has to wash hands n never wipe them

Its now the second time this is happening and lm very crosswith you people.When a person buy take away they take advantage because the person wont open his/her food there.l bought a half chicken,the other quarter was burnt in such a way that l had to throw it away.The other quarter was as if someone was eating the wing and left the bones.l only discovered when l reached home Jhb and there was nothing l could do.lm very cross with you people as l said its not the first time this is happening,once l order takeaway,they take advantage.Next time l will buy pizza elsewhere.

The food is absolutely brilliant BUT the staff got NO telephone manners. Put the phone down in our ears while doing a telephonic order..... KAGISO YOU MUST NOT ANSWER THE PHONE YOU GOT ABSOLUTELY NO MANNERS

Had the chicken strips and spicy rice, tasted great. Chicken wasnt dry even when I ate it the next day, the rice was cooked perfectly and the service was great. The establishment obeys safety protocols and so the place wasnt fully packed. We didnt have to line either to get a table. The staff is really great.

Nandos has some of tbe most delicious 😋 dishes around. I rate a place by their level of hygiene and the team here easily rank high among the best.

Broken chairs, service was very bad, it was over crowded. I dont thing covid protocols are followed as there were many people inside and sitting in is not managed. 3rd time I pass there and have never received a good service. I will use other stores than this one.

It was an online order that I collected.I had to stand on the kerbside for more than 20minutes. And when I decided to walk to the store to collect. I found my order lying on the counter and the level of complacency I received from the staff was appalling, when I said I have been waiting outside...The worse part is the rolls were missing which I noticed when I got home...It just couldnt get any worse than this...

Food was good but the waitres was very rute didnt great just throw us with food worse without saviets. But us we didnt entertain her knowing that she didnt prepare the food, went back to the counter and asked fro saviets and leave her wit her own rudeness.

Order 200.. bought today on the 26 sep 2020, I bought a half chicken and quarter only to find out that they didnt put in the source... lemon herb. Not even a bit. Not even with a teaspoon. Now we have to use a different source and rely on the grilled nice smell to console myself.. very sad. Very very sad. I wish to take it back but unfortunately we cant eat porridge alone. Im so heart broken. Very. Now I have to always double check my order .. just because Ive robbed. This is so so so sad. VERY SADDENING.

Customer service is amazing. Customers are also honest. I left my phone and Im sure they managed to call my entire contact list. Got home and even the security guards asked me if I got my phone from them. Shout out to Nandos employees. 🔥🙏🏾

The place was not really busy, but it was quite uncomfortable and an eye sore, with dirty tables and floors. The cashier wasnt really helpful as far as option meals were concerned. She just wanted to take the order and get rid of us. The food was fine but took a while to be served.

I enjoyed my visit even under all this pandemic pressure they manage to keep things in order.

Friendly staff that is always smiling and willing to assist. Only one recommendation would be to have like a separate cash point for call and collect customers as we have to wait in the normal que which defeats calling and collecting . Food is always great !!
