The level of incompetence in this branch is appalling!!! Theres ONE consultant that seems to know his way around the systems used. Not even the supervisor/Teamleader knows whats cooking.Took them 3 hours to establish a restraint related to FICA on the account only to tell me to return on Monday to resolve the issue.This is exactly what happened the first time I came here, took them 3 hours to enable power of attorney on my account only to tell me to return the following week!!!!!Doesnt help that theyre staff are quiet rude, use a condescending tone treated my 74 year old father like trash. Not sure if this type of attitude filters throughout the branches or is only applied here, but my dad deserves bette .

The bankers lets others push in front of the que while you are waiting 1 hour to be helped. Doesnt look like they care that you also have a job to do.
