The only bank that makes its customers stand outside in the cold while the bank is empty.

Please sort out the constant ATM issues and help customers deposit/withdraw money. If the machines are out of order, at least make an effort to allow customers to conclude their transactions inside the bank instead of coming up with excuses as to why they cannot be helped. The staff inside the bank are very friendly and helpful so there is no reason that the same courtesy cannot be extended to customers at the ATMs. Ill gladly remove my comment and poor rating once this issue is finally resolved.

Please be advised that the Branch in Sunward Park is not open as stated on here! This is falsely advertised. The Branch has been closed from the 6th April and will only be reopening on the 30th April as per the notice on the Branch window.

States on website it closes at one came 11:55. It was closed already. I came all the way for nothing? Please update your website!!!!
