Do you ever pickup your phones when it rings? Phoned 10 times in 30 minutes and nothing.I have no issues with phoning FNB when I have a query.
These pics are not a compliment to the cleaning staff, but a little game called Spot The Obvious. No Customers! I wonder why. Ill bet you a bag of oranges, though, all 33 staff show up every day to keep the place afloat, because Saturday, ja, Saturday, more especially in the morning, then, we gonna be busy!

Me and Maretjie always come to this branch because they dont make you wear shoes and they give you free pens (you just have to untie them from the desk). One of the tellers told us that after the flu plandemic is over, banking staff will still have to wear masks so that customers will know who the real crooks are. We all laughed and then they deducted R60 for taking out my own money. Sakkie.

Very bad service.. you stand in quee for 2 hours to get into bank... No jokes go see for yourself... They close the other branches to save salaries but dont care about their customers wasting time there

Worst branch, tellers sitting and doing nothing where they could help and assist the long queue at customer services but they would rather sit and have a fat chat with the product lady. The staff could also be utilized more and assist more by skilling them across all products so the queues move faster. Its called multi skilling and it works.. Hate this branch.
