Sitting at the table for half an hour, not even one single waiter or even a manager offering a menu. Lekker vas aan die slaap.

We have lunch at Spur a few times on our way to the Western Cape. Always had a good experience.

Overall the best Spur in Bloemfontein, the food is so fresh and made in clean oil and the size portion really come above what is expected. Even thou there was a problem internal they resolved it very fast and then rest was fantastic. Thanks for the good experience

Great service, good food. Everything Ive come to expect from a Spur. Usually very busy for dinner on weekends but not super crowded during the daytime.

Once again Im blown away by the amazing friendliness and efficiency of the staff - there must be something in the water!We mentioned that we were in a bit of a hurry and the waiter went out of his way to assist us. The food was as good as youd expect. The outside seating is a huge benefit during these times of social distancing.

I recommend Golden Nugget Spur because of the service. Today it was very packed but in less then 10 minutes we had our food ready. I ordered the 400g ribs with veggies. It was absolutely divine

The whole family was there and they did not care to push tables together for us to sit together wont go there with a group again. Is it asking to much? Then offer a table outside in this winter morning. Rediculous!

Seated within 2 minutes, order taken in 3 minutes. Had to sit and watch as customer get seated across me, ordered wings & ribs, and start eating after 20 minutes. I waited for my simple order, bacon & cheese hamburger for 30 minutes. Got up and left. Worst service ever!!!!!

We always stop at this Spur on our way to our holiday. This was one of the worst visits. The service is not very good. We had to wait a long time for everything. She forgot one of the kids birthday ice cream. Play area very small for the amount of people the restaurant can take. Not very practical for kids.Food was good though.

Currently at the spur. One of the worst experiences ever. My nephews food arrived first, while my order and sister arrived 20 mintues later. We ordered a birthday combo, waiter did not know that it comes with dessert. It took her 20 minutes before arriving. Very poor service. Would not recommend this place. It is not even a busy night, imagine one busy nights. Highly dissapointed

There were no chicos to whatch over the children in the outdoor playgroundMe and my daughter sat at the table that was suppose to be used by the chico...the waiter said we were not allowed to sit there...we refused to move because the girls were playing there and we watched them ourselves

It was on Sunday morning, we came from all over the country for a wedding , we were a family of about 40 people, believe it or not , Marcia, served all of us , timeously, no shortage, acurate, no wrong orders, we were all happy! Thank you to the management!

The food could really be a bit more affordable, had cheesy quesadillas half option and I barely had cheese. Down the road at a place we were last week I had a full portion of the same meal and I was full when i was half way. And there was a non ending of cheese from top to bottom

The manager made a platter for us because we asked. It was not on the menu. That was pretty special.

We had a spontaneous day today at Golden Nugget Spurs steak Ranch, the Quality service its highly recommended for and Im glad to say that I had a wonderful ice cream date with my friends celebrating my birthday # thank you spur❤

This Spur is situated in the vicinity of the Windmill Casino. Before you even get into the building, you are welcomed by the beautiful greenery from the garden where people love to do photoshoots. The customer service is excellent and there is enought facilities to keep children busy and enjoy their visit a Golden Nugget Spur . Thank you.

To be honest, this is my haven when i am not feeling a little bit under the weather or have to do some works that needs me to be in the Zone.The service i got today has forced me to review the place consider finding a new home to be in the zone in. The though alone was painful because i love the place.Let go through my visit. My draught was flat, but this was addressed because when i ordered another one i was told the kegs are undergoing service, big up. I saw the person assisting me twice. i had to call him other times. Do you understand the torture of waiters buzzing around you asking people whether they are ok and you cant find yours? Not just for the attention, but you NEED something. Maybe i should have dressed better and not looked like i wondered into the place. i actually regret tipping the person, because i just endorsed the behaviour.Anyway, enough lamentation. Keep running your tight ship.Peace out.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy a meal alone or with family. Social distancing is still practiced according to the covid regulations but its still lekke to go and eat here even though the menu hasnt changed much since I moved to Bloemfontein 5 years ago but its not just this venue but all the restaurants from spur...but I do enjoy eating here.
