Quite easily the worst spa Ive been to. Ever. I was given a voucher for two for a variety of treatments as a birthday gift, when we got to the venue, the staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. Made us wait for a while before starting, even though we were there early, as the voucher had stated. The ladies who eventually treated my partner and I were having a huge conversation of their own whilst attending to us. Highly unpleasant for a time of relaxation. They didnt even bother to check the treatments we were booked for and kept asking us what we had booked. Needless to say that they left out one of the treatments we were meant to get but we were so fed up that we didnt bother questioning them. Also, the facilities and equipment are very rundown. I definitely wouldnt recommend this place. EVER.

Please dont this company has moved but they do not state that my wife made a payment to them to find out they dont work at that address. Requested refund DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TRYING

Worst experience ever, the therapist was very rude. I booked various treatments including pedicure, which was supposed to take 45 min but she only spent 10min. I expressed my dissatisfaction in a polite way but she gave me a negative attitude. I must mention that the owner was very nice when I arrived but unfortunately she was not there when the whole drama unfolded. I was very disappointed with the behaviour and treatment that I got from that particular therapist.

The massages were great, Id definitely go back again! We went as a group of ladies and loved it. Well done

Terrible exterior. A green pool consumed by dirt & grime. Welcome drinks that taste like watered down sugar. Tense atmosphere, albeit the ladies laze in the reception room, bored, waiting for clients. We arrived on time but the 10minutes we spent signing forms were deducted from our 1hr 15 massage that was only 50mins. When I enquired, the receptionist was defensive. Wouldnt recommend.

A horrific and torturous experience. Had gone with a friend. The massage was unnerving. The noise from the staff was absolutely disturbing and noisy. The staff members were sleeping at the front desk. The therapist neglected to complete the massage even though it was a full body massage. Her nails were so long that they scratched my back. The pedicure treatment made my toe bleed. A horrendous treatment and service from this spa.

The place is nice and clean, with friendly staff and they always have good specials for their treatments (from massages to manicures and pedicures).

Location is hard to find, they need a bigger sign board. The decor and lighting is very minimal and makes the place seem shabby however the massages are good, would definitely recommend the pedicures.

I booked an appointment for a full body massage and a wax the lady began waxing my face without cleaning my face with anything nor using baby powder as I would usually expect I was left with a very horrible bruise under my eye after she had applied wax directly under my eye which she then said thats what she learnt from beauty school 🤔 overall I had a horrible experience and would never go back there Im in pain with a terrible scar on my face
