Had an amazing time with my friends last Saturday at DEssentail Beauty Spa. Will surely recommend them. The massage was good, staff are really Nice. welcome drinks was serve. We also had a healthy green salad.

Yes they have their specials but service is poor, time management the supposingly lunch is basically nothing at all, you would rather bring your own food and drinks

I was at this spa Saturday with my siblings and the staff ladies were very kind and calm they gave us a good massage but the owner Debbie is not professional she was very rude and grumpy the are things that we were promised which didnt get e.g the were no sleepers pool is there but we were told not to use I dont want to talk about the lunch yhoooo they served us 2ltr of liquefruit we were 10ladies in juicesglass full of ice then few drops of the 1juice it was tasteless we got massage which was less than 45min then for 1h15 were watching the pool 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣as pool securitize

My partner & I had such a memorable experience last weekend. I loved the tranquility of the place.

The massage therapist were perfect, they gave us a best massage ever but the receptionist or is it the owner was a nightmare, she was rude and grumpy till we left the place. She gave us the worst service ever

I took my mother and aunt to the Spa for their birthday on Saturday. Myself and my granny joined them.Everyone was very professional and pleasant. Even though we were late, Debbie came to greet us, due to the directions taking us to their old address. They didnt make a big deal of it, and were very understanding.Nandi and Thokozani massaged me and my aunt, they made us feel very comfortable. Especially for me because it was my first time going to the spa. After the massage, we had a pedicure with some paraffin wax, really a different experience lol but feet come out feeling soooo soft.I completely recommend them, the reason for 4 stars is that I wish we could all 4 have went into the massage together instead of 2 at a time. However overall very lovely experience.

Really not worth it. The showers never work. And the therapists do the bare minimum.

On 5 January 2020 I went to the spa with bae 👺they are cheats esp Debbie 👿 they were DODGY the lady asked me if I wanted scrub on my foot treatment and I said NO but on my bill it was added.
