It was great except for the lady who was massaging me, she almost brake my back settling a score with me that I shouted on the phone when I called to make a booking. She had her sweet painful revenge and even admitted afterwards. I am still sore😪

Professional staff, great ambience. Massages are great too. Guests could perhaps do with some champagne 🍾 or some sort of beverage when walking in just to create that overall lasting feel. They could also do with clean and good quality towels as some actually look like rags.

Wow.... Room for alotbof improvement from the very start ...From welcoming ...to hygiene...To staying quite.... to learning how to massage properly.... and do a foot treatment properly...Terrible ...All therapists need to go for ITEC training...asap !

I went there yesterday the staff was great especially Phindile Mhlongo she gave fge best massage and delt with all my knots. The place it self can use new towels the ones they have are not impressive but it staff is magic

Super professional and great at their job

I thought that the hospitality was very good, the ladies were all smiles the whole time. I would have liked some more communication from them in terms of what we are doing during the massage i.e. Tell me that you are going to be starting with a foot massage and then proceed to do so- it just makes one feel comfortable with the masseuses- especially since I am very guarded about my personal space.The venue is noisy as well, Musgrave area is very busy. But it was relaxing nonetheless.

Small spa with decent pricing. Had an issue with a double booking but was resolved after discussion with owner. Decent service offered for the price and some good specials on occasion. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming. Parking is on the road but they do have someone to watch the cars.

The treatment was some of the best Ive experienced before-so good!The hospitality was very poor though. No welcome, no explanation of what and how the treatment works. Took a while for someone to open the door to let us in

Good massage. Location isnt ideal because the room we were in was parallel to the road which was busy and over the calming music could still be heard. Also the experience could be made better and more pampering or welcoming.

Had a treatment there Sunday @ 4pm for 4 peoplegot there with no smilesit was by far the worst spa treatment we had the treatment time was 2 hours they was done with the whole treatment in 1h30mins the treatment started with a foot scrub for 5mins then they did the legs and hands then facial then went back to the full body the room was cold the back scrub was so bad and cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this place is no no no no no no stay away

After reading many reviews on this establishment my boyfriend and I decided to give it a try as a friday evening treat. Worst decision we have ever made!!!We were shown to our therapy room which smelt of perspiration the second we entered. We quickly decided lets just go with it as we had already paid and hoped that the treatment would some how make up for the smell and I noticed scent sticks in the room which I assumed they would burn once the treatment began. That did not happen.The massage we chose was the Swedish massage which was pretty average compared to massages Ive previously received at places like Mangwanani and Kai Thai. During our back massage my boyfriend saw a cockroach run across the room and the therapist froze for a second then continued.However the most disgusting thing about our experience at Oeresta was the fact that I smelt of that same perspiration smell when i got home. Im assuming that a used towel was used on me when the therapist wiped down the oil after the massage... The disappointing thing about all of this is that before going for a massage I always take a shower becoz I think about the therapist who is going to massage me...It seemed as if they were almost trying to get rid of us because we were the last clients of the day no staff member even greated us on our way out which is the hospitable thing to do.I would like for the owner or manager to please contact me as I do deserve an explanation for the service recieved
