Fresh produce disgusting rotten and full of flies I picked up a tomato ending up with rotten juice on me. The fruits also good mixed with rotten.

I do not recommend this establishment, as management, clearly do not appreciate the customer. After being a loyal customer of this Spar and recommending to my colleagues, I feel very disappointed. Lynette should really get some training in people management.

Far to over priced instead of lowering prices the food like avos and veg go bad and if lowered more people would afford the products

Your place is lovely but only the vagrants is YOUR biggest problem for us and that is why most people are afraid to shop there because of them. For you to get the place better and family friendly please get rid of the rubbish.

I experienced excellent service from Mbali Supe. She was friendly, patient and most informative as she sorted out my Spar card. Her focus was entirely on me, the customer, unlike many staff at other shops. It was most refreshing and appreciated. I do hope she receives the recognition she deserves.

Queensmead spar deserves to be part of the spar franchise. Its huge and has all the best qualities of a popular super spar. The centre it is in has ample rooftop parking if ground parking bays fill up but the numerous car guards do make you feel safe and keep traffic in control. Only issue is the loiterers that scam honest consumers.

The order at Spar, Queensmead is nonexistent. The workers are rude and are seldom helpful and the shop itself is not undergoing enough maintenance. Yes, I agree that Spar does have some of the best deals when it comes to grocery shopping and is the nearest store to my house but I would much rather travel a significantly greater distance to a more expensive store if it meant I was not going to Spar. The aisles are set up well but are not tended to regularly which is evident because one can find countless half consumed food products and or torn packages hidden among the products any day of the week. If you do manage to get past the unwelcoming atmosphere, the the majority of the staffs attitudes are ridiculous. Would not recommend going to Spar unless you lived ridiculously close.

Very rude staff and non existent management . Iwalked into the store at 9am and the cashier was telling me that she doesnt have any change as if its my fault that there dont have change .Going forward will avoid this place

Spar has a little bit of everything. Its big and provides a good alternative to Davenport Square if its further.The liquor store, Tops is also in the shopping centre which is convenient for most people.Its a good shop! Clean and affordable. The staff is friendly, even on days with long hours.From what I can tell, it caters to most needs and stocks a wide variety of products.

A bustling little mall with a decent spar. Not up to full superstar standards though. Knowles spar outdoes it by miles. You get all that u need though. Good parking as well. This store stocks all the spar branded products.

Great variety for a relatively small store, ready made meals are good, staff is friendly and helpful, service levels are okay. I recommend the samosas and eisbein.

Bakery has changed. Not as good as it used to be.

Had one of their chukka chicken burger specials, this burger has so much potential however it is made by staff who just dont give a damn, the lettuce relish was cut lowdown so it had the thick stem, the one tomato and one cucumber slice was so thick that it put the burger patty to shame, it could be honestly so much better. Payments at the queue are slow and tedious.

This store has always been inadequate. They only allow 900 cash back. What an odd amount. Other spars offer 2000. I had to go out of my way to pep to get another 100.The quality of food isnt good either.

Choose this spar if you in a hurry, am happy about how much the fast the till line moves whenever am there.

Not as clean as Id expect a superspar to be. Esp the veggy section. When it comes to paying, there are no smiles or even a greeting. Just feel their should be more attention to cleanliness and better service from the Spar team.

It was my convenient go to place to shop. So often food is off and prices just rocket as and when they please. As for the service dont expect a smile or the courtesy of being greeted at the till.

A crowded ... Very busy Spar in a semi industrial area ... BUT ... The management do their best to run a presentable and friendly business.Very convenient for me for all my Dail basics.

They have some amazing specials, the store is well laid out and the staff are lovely. I only wish that management would give the ladies who work the tills chairs or stools to sit on. They stand for hours on end.

Till operators leave a lot to be desired and fresh fruit and veg not up to standard, especially poor quality.

Customer Service needs to improve. Sometimes the queues are long not because its busy but because there are not enough staff to accommodate their customers and hence ensure that customers are not in the queues for too long.

It has its day - sometimes the food is great and on others its just bland, expired or unavailable. i commend them for their customer service though, the managers, the cahsiers and all of the staff members are forever in smiles and always willing to help.

Take away meals are awesome. Prices competitive. Parking in centre. Staff very helpful.
