Nice and humble friendly staff they have keep up the good work

Jwayelani Shops are clean and packed tidy but all of them are small, you cant walk freely when shopping, even trolleys are not enough for groceries

Crowded , long queues... No sanitizers, social distancing impossible

Jwayelani is very helpful for me and the other people

Its convenient for everyone no lines to join like cambridge

It too bad cashiers they are lazy to much.the conditions of store it bad the construction it work in side,when we busy buying.

The service is very bad. The manager was not wearing his mask and he told another guy beind me to wear his musk and for him hes doesnt have to wear the mask because he is the manager. The staff was very rude we stood in the queue for more than 20 minutes with 4 people before us. The cashiers are moody you greet them they Dont reply. Jwayelan have the very bad customer service. I will never shop by them ever again

Store too small you cant even move inside the store

Every day whn go to work I go pass to Jwayelani to buy something to eat,this shop is not improving is to small,Only one thing I notice there are greed because their shop are close to each other there are two in a row all are the same I dont know why they dont put together and build one big shop.
