Needed deep fryers for my shop, ordered them online and i am extremely happy with the quality of the fryers.

Never waste your time shopping in this disgusting shop ever, I repeat never ever, I can give - 10 stars for the way I was treated today, almost after 1 week for my refund the manager pushed me out of store threatening to beat me up, firstly I purchased a bullion whisk for b10 mixer and I was asked to transfer money using cellphone, waited for almastly 1 hour for transfer I asked them to refund the money I payed through eft coz I wanted to go then I payed cash of same amount, it takes them 8 days for them to refund me when visited them today to find myself being pushed out of the shop for my money

Dont ever make the mistake of buying from them. Sales service is good but thats all. After that customer service is down the drain. Never saw a business treat their customers worse. Purchased a ban saw for slicing sheep. First they issued the wrong blade. Now they making stories when I want to exchange it

Pathetic and most disgusting service !!! Owner/Managing Director does not respond to calls or complaints! Equipment is of an inferior quality. We opened a business 3 months ago . Our scale worked for only a month .Sitting with them for a month and half . NOT repaired and they refuse to give us a refund !! Stand up freezer did not freeze. Exchanged it and paid more for another freezer.Paid for delivery .New freezer delivered with dent and scratches.Now they refuse to deliver another new freezer to us which is paid for. Worst company and useless staff to ever deal with !!!

Firstly, I wanna take this opportunity and thank this company for supplying me with a very good quality affordable butchery equipment.It was my first time purchasing online,I received my order in 2 days.

This was probably one of the worst customer service that i have ever experienced. Thy do not give feedback or phone you back on a complaint i have been waiting 3 weeks for a simple coffee pot that was not with my goods there mishap is now my nightmare and i am still waiting. No Response over a coffee pot this is going to Hellopeter maybe all of the unhappy customers must post it then thy will wake up.

I started up a small takeaway for my mum and bought the equipment from Sunrose, they gave me excellent advice and treated me really well. Their prices are fair and their products are really good, I was shocked that by the reviews but I can honestly say that people shouldnt believe the reviews, I personally had amazing service and treatment from them.

Service to the point of sale was good but after sales service disgusting... Incorrect information on an industrial oven cost me 1000s to sort.... After 20 seals sealer doesnt work now needs to be repaired there poor service is a cost to my business... Stay away...

Worst customer service. Owners never take your call. Appliances dont work. Public dont ever purchase from Sunrose. Staff are just as bad as owners. Such con company. Dishonest, pathetic service.

Paid in advance. Received incorrect equipment which was acknowledged by sunrose. 3 weeks later and still have not received the correct equipment. Messages no longer replied to. Calls not answered.

DO NOT BUY from these guys I bought an under counter bar fridge and when delivered it was badly damaged and had clear signs of being used before. They will not respond to emails or address the issue. I am left with R10 000 investment I cannot use. I am now going to the cost of taking legal action.

I ordered a Schwarma machine which burst into flames when it was switched on.they then promised to deliver another one which never came. Then they refunded me not the full amount that I paid. Dreadful service. We ordered a fridge from them. it arrived as a damaged and glued together contraption. No one responded to our multiple requests for a replacement. After a month of no response from them nor a replacement we requested a refund and I was met with a nasty attitude from the consultant. Worst company to deal with.

I should have followed the majority of the recommendations, worst company to buy from ever, they claim that they will beat any price, and then come up with a lame excuse that only on some selected items, they can reduce price, after spending some good money, they held my equipment for several days on the grounds that my bank transfer was short 200 ZAR, when in fact was their own bank who charged an extra commission , even after proving to them the case, they still refused to ship the equipment, because of the balance, then they sent me a chip cutter with no handle, no suctions, no extra knifes, and got a nasty attitude when I complained, specially Mohammed, and the so called senior manager Khan, had the nerve to ask if the handle was missing what were they to do about it. AVOID, AVOID.

Dont trust this site! We ordered 2.5 and 3.5 door under counter fridges. We took the specs off their site and invoice that they emailed. When stock was delivered it was damaged and the fridges were the incorrect size and spec as to what was invoiced. They refused to refund. Beware, dont even think of buying here!!

This is the worst company in South africa, dont buy from them ,2 times they just desapointed me ,they delivered a broken pop corn machine ,i waited 4 month ,Mr Zaher just promisse to fix and just read my whatsap SMS and never replay ,i had to fix myself, now again thinking they will never do it again, made a payment for a donut machine costing R 17.000 machine havê problems,i sendo whatsap SMS and i call ,they just ignore,they will treat you line a king until you buy,after that, they make dance, they treat you Mike a stupid, because i live in Moçambique,and asked someone to cross Border to deposit money in their account,by mistake deposited R200 more,and they dont want to give back money, dont trust this people

LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Send you USED BROKEN GOODS and then blames the Couriers.Bought a Candy floss machine online according to them item was send the next day after payment was made estimate delivery was 2-3 days nothing received within this time struggled to get a number of the couriers XPS that’s actually working as almost all of the numbers on their website doesnt exist finally found a number that’s working started following up courier company couldnt give me a tracking number as their system was offline even with only the waybill they couldn’t find my item on their system after sending numerous email back and forth and nobody had answers for me i got fed up and asked Sunrose Online to send me another machine while they find the lost machine they send with their couriers. The guy told me he doesn’t have more stock and cant send me another machine so i asked for my money to be refunded apparently he handed XPS over to their attorney and according to him he has done his part so i send them a letter of demand to either have a machine delivered or my money refunded the very next day he phones me and says his new stock has arrived and he is sending me another machine i gave them two more days to deliver it so happens that the initial machine that was send also arrives at our post office the same day the New machine will be delivered. I received the new machine late that afternoon opens it and you can immediately see it’s an old used machine they send plugged it in and it’s not even in working order. The following morning i went to the post office to see if they will give me the machine that was lost luckily the lady gave it to me this one you can see is new never been used. You pay for a certain model and gets send the cheaper model luckily i had both their machines with me and refused to have the one returned before i have the diff of the money i paid for the more expensive model otherwise i probably wouldnt have received my refund.I will not advise anyone to ever make use of their service.A business thats proud of their service will NEVER send someone a second hand machine just to get them of their case.

DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! We bought a toaster from these guys in March. 2 weeks later it started tripping our electricity. We informed them and after months of ignoring us finally in August they said we can return it to them at our expense. We did. They tested it and said its fine but will send a new unit anyway. The one we received did not look new and also doesnt work. I tested it at 2 of my neighbours restaurants and at both locations it tripped the power. I have emailed and called them numerous times since 2nd September but they are ignoring me.Zaheer, if you read this please call me to sort this out. You have my number.
