By far the best petrol station Ive been to. Friendly staff, freshly baked goods inside the store, huge variety of products inside the convenience store. I try my utmost to only fill up my vehicles here because of the outstanding service.

Worst service ever took my items and give itit to another customer. And manager on duty did nothing about it

Not very happy with the products( 1 dozen milk tarts) that I had brought today. Very disappointed.

I No longer go to this garage After Supporting them I one day took my little one and bought stuff for around R300 . After coming back home my little one opened her pringles and it was empty with little chips in it, After contacting them this Lady who is one of the sisters in partnership still defending her store instead of apologising , like as if it was impossible according to her , like as if I would come for a free pringles after spending R300 that day . WITH AN ATTITUDE REFUNDED ME AND MADE IT LOOK LIKE I HAD ROBBED HER . HOWEVER I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE BY TOTAL ON THE RIDGE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT.

Their bakery has a wide variety, everything delicious but a little pricey. However is well worth those extra few bucks. U must try the fresh cream donuts. They always have nice specials in store... wish I can get a special on petrol. Overall great service, cant comment on the car wash.

Pointless car wash when you end up cleaning your own car. By now 1 should think they have mastered the technique on what consumers want. Rush work for premium pricing is conscious robbery. Goes to show what management think of their customers.I suggest use an alternative as value for money is obsolete.

Vida E.... I purchased 9 mini peacan nut tarts. Clearly they were not fresh I noticed couples were suddenly sharing, I took one for myself. It was hard, yet the nuts were just falling all over. Did not leave a good impression with my guest. The taste was completely different, either new supplier or new baker but you have just undid your good name. I wish there was more I could do to punish you since I am being ripped off, you showed no respect by selling me sale stuff. Are you ok with that, is that how the owner trains you? Im shocked that I am actually complaining about Vida E.

Best service ever . Always going above and beyond any service station in the area. The select store has yummy confectionerys and sandwiches as well.

I generally receive great service. Can get busy during peak times (7-8am and 5-6pm).

Everything about the service station is great, one thing that doesnt make me happy is the cakes and doughnuts, they not consistent with the taste and texture and couple of times I bought them and they were nt too fresh. Overall place is great fix that u gt a 5 star

I have to warn everybody who wants to have their car washed at the carwash behind this Shell Garage. They severely damaged my car and the owner Grant refuses to pay for it. It was 100% negligence from his staff, who made my car roll down a hill and crashed into the car in the front. He blatantly refuses to take any responsibility for damages to vehicles, and was told by motor vehicle repairers that I am not the first incidence.. Please take note and think twice before going to this carwash (Cabwash)
