People allowed to sit at tables with no food or refreshments, did not feel safe going to the ATM. Bakery items always stale, everything over priced. Do not enjoy going there, but forced to at times, Petrol attendants are nice pleasant so thats ok.

Daylight robbery. I advise do not purchase from the store. Something which is marked on the box “MSP 32.00” is being sold for R36.50/- it’s understandable that their prices are marginally higher than normal supermarkets. But there is a difference between marginally higher and day light robbery. These owners are only interested in making money off of the consumers. No customer service at all.

Cashier not wearing a mask and shortchanged me by 10c.Please guys, you can do better.

Terrible experience, just needed to break change for R100, even wanted to buy some candy and the three women behind the counter were incredibly rude and unhelpful stating that they have no change and cant give me any because it has to last the whole day. I have had more assistance and help from vendors on the street than from a so-called reputable service station.

Great service received. Rushing in at 7am on a weekday to fill petrol... Zaheer ran to my service, greeted me so politely with such enthusiasm, I was impressed. He topped me up immediately and I was on my way in about 2min. Thats more impressive. He has my vote for employee of the month.

Forecourt staff are inadequately trained, current manager not trained. Unable to process fleet transactions with authorization code.Manager did come in and assisted as best he could.

So few weeks back I went to randels road Sasol garage..Was looking for pies and asked if they have the special. Two pies for R30. They said no, they have two pies for R46. So I said than why Sasol near Mayville got the special that im looking for and than I was told can Never be.. All Sasol run the same special. Well today I got something to prove my query.

I went to sasol garage today on randles road opposite new shifa woow I loved the way they treat me they got the good service one of the stuff it a lady was putting patrol for me I forgot her name she help me I didnt see dat my valvo was.licking n it was out n my tires was licking she call one of her colligue they help me to fix my tire im happy every time I go ther they treat me nice I always recieve a good service im happy plz dnt change ur sfuff they all good n always smilling I love sasol on randles road I will always fix fill my car the n it neat n look nice even the attendent always clean n on the full uniform thank u guy keep it up love u
