ER professional data recovery is not professional at all in my opinion. Highly disappointed with the service. Sorry to say but dealing with Corrie was not a very nice experience. Corrie said he is highly sure he can recover the data but he needs to order parts. Parts cost about R1000 and said it will take about 5 days to about 2 weeks and he will let me know. Over a month went and no response, does not answer emails in a timely fashion. Forgets that he didnt mail you but says he thinks he mailed you. I asked him via email if I can collect my hard drive since he cannot recover my data. No response from him, I called him and he says he thinks he did reply but he did not. Also he could not find my hard drive when I called him and said he will call me back within 15mins but he did not. Then I called him and he said the hard drive is at his house not work. Anyways he was kind enough to deliver the hard drive to my work place and apologized. Corrie still spoke to me in a nice fashion when returning my hard drive, however sorry Corrie but I had to post this because so people are aware, there is a big risk of losing about R1000 and not recovering the data, although policy state, no data no charge. I think this is cost you should incur if you ultimately fail to recover the data.

I have used ER Datarecovery a few times for my clients data. Hard Drives that had crashed. Every time he successfully recovered the data for me which meant my clients were happy and I was very happy with his service. He kept me updated as to the progress of the drives and the recovery. We even received a HDD that had a connector we had never seen before and he had a compatible connector for it so we could recover the data of it via SATA. Well done Corrie.
