The experience I had by the young lady was a normal Cellc experience. No help or explanation of why they false advertising.

Staff is helpfull at the store, but their call Centre is the worst makes you jump through 20 hurdles before you can even speak to them. Security being the reason, no other company treats their customers like this.

Terrible service and very unhelpful. Took router in for repairs 3 months ago, received no job number.... still trying to get it sorted out.Website says they close at 6pm... I arrive at 5:02 only to see that they actually close at 5pm, doors are locked and no one there 2minutes after closing... ? Something wrong with management here.

Surely they can clean their furniture it gives them a bad name.

Great service at Cell C

Went there to get a temporary SIM card for data as Telkom are absolutely pathetic, stupid, unhelpful liars and wow I must say, excellent service and quality all round from this Cell C, they got us fixed up in minutes! Cant remember the lady that helped us but wow! Friendly and helpful! Dont ever use Telkom guys, use Cell C!

1 star is still not good they need a - 10 star. Not willing to help. Tell they will phone you back to solf a problem what is from cell c and not from the customer. Thats is why this land is what it is.
