I have always had great service at this store over many years. Staff are friendly and most helpful. I highly recommend using this branch for all your MTN enquiries. In particular Id like to mention Hope Ntuthuko who is really a clued up young man. He is efficient and I really trust his advice.

Ridiculous cant even explain how Im feeling right now.Firstly I spend an hour at this store trying to open a contract then was told that there is an error so can they take my number and get back to me once sorted out.Now I received a call and was declined because I have a dual account and it is on my husbands name, even though I have full rights over the account and was given special power of Attorney over the account.Why Waist my time!!!!!!!!

I had to put a star to review but I would put nothing if I could. Absolutely disgusted by mtn oakfields. Firstly I got a wifi contract on black Friday for 50gb a month everything was working perfectly fine and then on the 12th of September I was meant to get my data and didnt.. I went to see Daren and he logged a ticket only for the ticket to fail.. No feedback was given saying it had failed. I had to go back to the store and was told my 50gb wasnt provisioned it took them a week with me loosing it to get a response.. Only for wessel to tell me that it was provisioned and was used up in 6 days.. I do not use that much data for it to run out in 6 days.. Im disgusted by this company and this isnt the first time Ive had a problem with them they take forever to resolve issues.. I have now spent over 1000 rand of data and Ill be lucky if I see a cent back.. Very disappointed I believe this is theft and they need to sort this out

To rate this store I had to select a star. I would have preferred zero. Or maybe minus 5. Pathetic. Issue raised 6 weeks ago and still not resolved. With numerous promises that they will phone back. And heaven forbid if a little irritation slips into my tone of voice!!!

I am now adding to my post of two weeks ago see below, I did not write this two weeks ago because I wanted to make sure that what I am writing is as accurate as I can be given the circumstances. Two weeks ago when I bought once of 1 Gig and another 1 Gig within days of each other, now you need to understand I could get by on 2 gigs per month ( The only reason I needed extra data this time was because I tried to download a new operating system which was unsuccessful.) After visiting this store 2 gigs that I bought there as once of are gone within days. I have just received a MTN message that 4 Gigs on my contract are almost depleted in one week. This is no coincidence that after visiting this store, a black hole of data was opened, this store I believe is responsible for what is taking place to my data. Prior to writing this post I uninstalled all programs I installed around the time of the data black hole opening, only to make sure that the problem is not from my side. I make a request to have this store investigated to see exactly how is it possible to go from 2 gigs been enough data for a month to now using 4 gigs in a week, when using all the same habits as before. This MTN store is the key to my data black hole problem.TWO WEEKS AGOI have purchased once of data from MTN Oakfields on a couple of occasions prior to my last two occasions and the service was very good. However my last two occasions have been terrible it appears that purchasing a once of amount has become super challenging, on both occasions I received messages that a recurring data bundle was added. Please get your act together. Also you have to put up with a lady that thinks she is training her Chihuahua, telling you when to sit, when to stand come in, dont come in, roll over, play dead. This is really not necessary just tone it down a few notches.

Went for an upgrade on monday. Phone I wanted was not in stock. Promised to phone when stock arrived. Thursday we phoned them. They again promised to phone back. It is now Friday and again we phoned them only to be advised there is still no stock....

We have only had the best service from MTN Oakfields.We were battling with my wifes roaming for months. None of the East Rand MTN shops could sort the problem. Juanita at Oakfields solved the problem in no time. We upgraded our contract yesterday, hassle free and with a smile.

Pathetic!!! They are extreemly slow. Waited more than 5 weeks for repair and after they said they will keep me informed of whats going on I was the one that had to call them to find out whats going on. In store just one person knows whats going on and no one else can help you. Very poor service!!!

Pathetic service, ill trained staff and they just dont give a damn! A5 galaxy sent in for repairs...1st i was told the phone would be replaced under the exhange warranty, then i was told they rejected the replacement and i was liable to pay the R350 the warranty rejection fee...then after threatening them to find out why it had been rejected, they found out they never submitted the proof of purchace! Then i was told again that they would replace the phone because they have now submitted the pop! Well, that was two weeks ago and still no answer from them, i have phoned them 9 times this week and no-one seems to bloody care! Manager and owner extremely cheeky and arrogant! Dont waste your time and money!
