If I could give this store and its service a 0 star I would. I have been trying to open up a contract and the staff cant help with anything. They are not properly trained and have no idea what they are doing. DO NOT come to this mtn as they do not try to assist or help you it is as if they think they are doing you the favor. No phone calls are answered no one is interested and it is RIDICULOUS.

This store cant assist in any way, I have a pending upgrade with them and have spent hours in the store with no progress. Then you try follow up so you can cancel the upgrade and no one answers the phone. I phone company should at least be able to answer their phone.

You wait for long in the que, only to find out the system is down, been there twice for payments, different weeks, same story. The staff is also unfriendly.

Ive called multiple times today and they just never pick up. Its ringing and they do nothing and every other time Ive called before the same thing happened so this isnt a one time thing

The staff in this MTN is absolutely useless and unfriendly. They think they are doing you a favour when its their job. They get paid to do it. Changing my service provider to the competition. Always get this kind of service from this MTN.

My 4year old son chew my old sim card which I have been using for 7years now ,I need to make a sim swap because I use these numbers for everything at work and my bank account but its been a Hassel to actually do the swap I dont know my tarrif plan and I recharge constantly I went to a store the lady wasnt even worried that I I needed the swap and said all systems are offline I need help

Friendly staff who know their stuff

It seems all MTN stores are described by their customers as Pathetic. Well here is another one. Pathetic! They NEVER answer their phone. Can someone please call me back? Ugh!
