I found Sonjas sessions to be empowering in that the subtleties of human interaction, so often not embraced in a work context, were aired and addressed.Uncommon-Common sense tactics were encouraged such as honest confrontation and appropriate detachment, found in healthy relationships which display good boundaries.I have learnt alot of these things in non-mainstream areas of life and there was something refreshing about them being brought to light in a professional context.I have used alot of the techniques since and I know that as I develop as a professional it will be more because of the evolution of my emotional intelligence (which these techniques draw on) as opposed to anything else.I believe that there is alot to be said for Sonjas approach and certainly, I would recommend her as an important component to any organisation which strives to cultivate and foster inter-personal accountability, team work and dependability.
