The Pizza Pie from Romans pleasantly surprised me.Quite filling and tasty for R20, there are 10 flavours available that will provide something for everyone. The sweet chilli chicken was very good.For the more conventional pizzas, the Best Value Range offers good value and flavours for R130 for x 2 large pizzas.Friendly customer service appreciated.

Great service. Best creamy, cheesy fresh pizza

Normally the pizza is pretty good, but tonight the pizza dough was uncooked. It was one big hot mess in the middle. It was raw dough. Ate what we could of it but wasnt very nice.

I am so irritated and disappointed in Romans three rivers, I ordered 7pizza pies and when I got there to get my pizza pies after 20 min they said I must wait on other 15 minutes because some of the pizza pies burned, when I got home I saw they messed up my order as well and they didnt give me the correct pizza pie. I am very unhappy with their service worst of all they werent even busy!!

Pizza Pie is to die for. Will definitely go again. Lasagna absolutely devine.Definitely a 10/10 from me 🌹

Not impressed. Ordered a seafood pizza with extra cheese. The seafood was still frozen and the dough was a slopoy mess as a result of the frozen seafood. Also, no extra cheese in sight. What a disappointment Romans Three Rivers

Neat new shop. Not all items on the menu were available. Cashier was friendly. On collection of tood I asked if fish was inside the boxes as we ordered 1 small fish and chips an 2 medium fish and chips, the cashier responded yes. When we arrived at home only the small piece of fish was with the chips , medium fish was missing. We went back and upon arrival they apologized as the medium fish stayed behind. They made a fresh hot order, as per our request. They apologized again when bringing our order to the table. They did redeem themselves, I appreciate that. Onion rings are very tasty, just a bit oily. Fish portion is adequate. Chips is nice an crunchy but can be a little softer.

Happy that they offer a gluten free base.Would be happier with more vegetarian options

This is a very slow Romans, we waited an hour for 3 salads. The food is not bad but did not receive any salt or pepper. Costumer service is very bad, and they can definitely not cope with rush hour service. You cant even compare this Romans to the other Romans service quality

We absolutely LOVE Romans Pizza! No place can beat their thick base pizzas. We have tried all but no one comes near! I also enjoy the drive through at the Three Rivers branch as well (phone in to order and just collect at the drive through, no need to get out of the car)! Always friendly staff that are ready to assist! Keep it up Romans!

I rated you 3 stars, not because of bad service or any quality issues, but because there is no individual touch. That can be attributed to the fact that you are a franchise. Regardless, I had some pizza pies and they tasted really nice, and I would visit you again.

Its always a battle to get through on the telephone, to get a order placed and on the internet booking option there is no Three Rivers branch as an option. Is there any way to get a better order option? Its really a frustration to get hold of you

Pretty much what you would expect from a romans pizza, its not mind blowing but it is better than empire pizza three rivers, so Id go for romans if I had to choose between the two, on an unrelated note, Ive heard they treat their employees badly, Im not sure if its the same but Ive heard from previous employees that its not great.

Just ordered pizza via Mr Delivery. Specifically requested no pineapples on the Tropical and when we received the order it had pineapples on. Do you even check the exclusion notes? It’s a simple request from a paying client that gets ignored. Why? Very disappointed in your service. Will not be ordering from you again.

Romans was always the best but seem to be going down hill. I called to order for delivery today and was told our area is out of the delivery radius however we live in the same area less then 3km away and ordered last week with no problems. I then ordered online only to have paid and the transaction was then reversed. Not long after they hoot outside saying payment was declined by this time I am fuming as they reversed the payment and also said they cant deliver. So what now do youll deliver or not??

There salad is amazing there food is the best

1st: had to eat the chefs salad with my hands as they cant even include a plastic utensil2nd: the greek sauce was old and not enough3rd: salad pieces like the tomatoe and cheese and so one was huge and had to eat them one by one as you cant get a few of the salad pieces in your mouth at the same time... Why am i even paying almost a R100 for a service like this?

Worst service yet, they dont update their website and when you complain about it they tell you its your problem.

It was really bad as we got home and got the wrong pizza, they then deliver the right pizza but then we found a cockroach in our pizza. Then i called and the manager said shes sorry they are all over and apparently they do fumigate twice a week. Asked if they can make us n new one and no thanks. Never again

After phoning the Three Rivers branch I was told to phone back in few minutes to verify if my address could receive delivery . When I phoned back I wasnt able to speak to the lady that originally assisted me and was simply told that they they do not deliver in Duncanville, even though my address falls into a 5km radius radius as was initially the criteria for delivery.The Romans closer to me is Vereeniging wich is still closed. Ive always been a keen Romans Customer but sad to say that I will need to look at alternatives. Would prefer to give a zero rating but it wasnt available.In these tough times, with such pathetic customer service, Romans dont deserve to continue

We always order at Romans. But these past few days you cant get hold of them via phone or order online!! Its Friday we just got home from work and if we leave now at 20 to 7 theyll tell me I cant order because theyve put through the last orders. Very disappointing.

In correct information on the website, fail to keep the trading hours up to date. Failure to get the basics in place, ends up not getting your order correct.

Quick. Had 1 Chicken and 1 Beef pizza. Chicken pizza were nicer than the Beef.

They have recently made some good improvements and I must say that their staff has a lot more personality.I would recommend a little more focus on their telephone etiquette but other than that I must say I am very pleased with the overall service.
