Hassle free shopping, staff are courteous loads of parking. I would prefer more South African made products be stocked as opposed to the Chinese Junk that hides behind a non descript label and packaging ... Buyers beware is my advice!

Those 5 stars are for the great service. I was impressed by how efficient everyone was on the team. Never have I ever experienced such great service. I wish more stores could operate like this. Truly, well done.

The security gaurd was excellent, he gave us cards and sanitized our hands before the doors were opened. Everything went smoothly when the doors open and it was an outstanding service👌

It was an easy and relaxed shopping experience. Helpful shop assistants. 😊 Just did not get the patio table and chairs that was on special, sold out, but thats understandable.

I have had bad experiences this past week. Upon delivering my fridge the driver let it fall. Makro is blaming ME. I did not open it immediately. The driver told me after opening it, I can let Makro know if there were any damamages. I am still waiting for them to com and see the damages on my R11500 fridge, which by the way was paid for cash.2days before I bought a cash register, I did not get the keys and again they blamed me, said the will look on the cameras, to show me they did not take it out. I told them thats fine I want to see that video too. They never showed me, just refunded me. I have spend about R50k at Makro this week and this is the servive I got from them......

Every time I go there I wil find at the till something dont have a barcode and have to wait so long for someone to get the barcode. The security at the exit treat you like a criminal and is so arrogant. I complained 2 times before to management and they just say they Wil give feedback but you never hear from them again. Im done with this store Wil go somewhere else

I will not recommend this store at all. Their advertisements are extremely misleading. They advertise specials on display but when you get to the checkout point sadley these specials are misleading and then takes 50 minutes to resolve their mistake. I will take my shopping elsewhere

The best grocery store in South Africa

I couldnt use my Queens Park RCS card. The cashier was not friendly. I entered the store and no one offered to help me until I went to someone who was not in that section.I am not happy at all.
