Very bad experience. Sales people want to sell you stuff you did not ask for. I know what I want. I dont like being told what I want. The in your face approach by the sales people not accetable. Will not return.

I am deeply disatisfied with the service I have received from Sedgars Vereeniging today, this morning at 09h00 I confirmed with Sedgars Accounts dept if my account is up to date and what my credit limit is they advised that my account is up to date and I can buy for X amount.Now driving all the way from a neighbouring town 55km I am standing in Sedgars just to be refused HP goods due to a discreptency.I feel that this could have been clarified this morning over the telephone, instead of me driving all the way to Vereeniging.Piss poor services
