Not a good experience. Called the driver to ask approximately I can expect my delivery and was greeted with a bad attitude, as if I was being a bother. What happened to good customer service?

Terrible service from the courier delivery guy in vereeniging.... He did not call to find out if Im home, the rude guy hooted at my gate and attempted to drive away as I was walking out. Luckily it was my day off, He told me its not his job to call anyone, he would leave with my package. Very rude black guy. Terrible service Ive ever received.

Had to ask the Fastway Couriers Vaal for assistance in the delivery of a parcel in Bloemfontein, as the Bloemfontein branch was too incompetent to perform their duties. I ordered hair an have been tracking the hair it was said that SFC had sent my package to the vereeniging depot however at midnight i received an email from the carrier that the parcel was delivered successfully and meantime i havent received that hair.
