I cant understand these people. The postNet in Vaalpark charges R1 a page if it is scanning between 50-100 pages. This people based at President Hyper square are charging R3 a page to scan whether it is 1 page or 100 pages. That is triple the amount of the other postNet . How are your prices not the same! And all they say is we work different to the other postNet. So if i go buy coffee at Checkers for R50 and i go to another checkers 3km away and buy the exact same coffee at the same retailer for R80, so is that right?!? Can they say no they work different to other checkers?!? It doesnt make sense how different branches charge different prices but you are under the same company.

Seems like the person behind the counter cant read, (Chantelle) and also has an attitude problem when it comes to fixing mistakes.Luckily we have 2 branches so I will use the other one next time.

Attitude problem with teller. Poor customer relations and I think she has very low opinion of other people. She is irritable yet she speaks softly and I can hardly hear her when she speaks. Hardly pay attention when I speak which causes me to repeat and get spelling wrong.

We saw opening time as 08h30 on Google maps. We phoned at 08h35 and was told that they are starting up the computer. We said we were on our way. She didnt specify their opening time was different to the advertised one. We were at the store at 08h45. When we got there, the woman at the store told us quite rudely that they only open at 09h00. We had to wait outside the store, during the covid pandemic for them. Very disappointing. Also no opening, closing times on their store windows.
