Sometimes they are efficient and helpful but most times I return to this Postnet and then they can’t print on this day or they don’t have the paper on that day. I’ve also noticed that most of the staff have very little experience in the computer software they use. They had to reprint one design 5 times and ask another employee to help before I gave up.It seems they don’t know the basics when it comes to resizing a design or how to change the layout of the paper to print. There are definitely areas where they need to work on in this industry. I’m sorry but you need to know how to at least get the right settings before printing 5 times and waisting my money and time.The other day my partner saw one of the employees taking a smoke break outside when there was 6 or more clients waiting to be helped inside. They are friendly, however they need to learn professionalism.

Incompetent Staff, to let clients stand in a queue for 30 to 40 min.to send a parcel while Supervisors sit in the Office with a no care attitude. Now I know why theres every 2nd week new trainees. Took all my business to Meyerton.

The supervisor, Amore, has a really bad attitude towards customers and her assistant Eileen. While Eileen was assisting us we noticed that Amore was VERY rude towards Eileen and not very helpful towards other customers. Thank you Eileen for being so kind, friendly and helpful despite Amores bad manners.
Had to wait outside of store 25 minutes before beeing called in 4 staff members and only 2 customers on the inside. What happen to customer service. I think covid got the beat of customer service. 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
