The place is nice, comfortable and clean. The price we booked the room for was different when we arrived and we had to pay extra, this should never happen. The team could pay more attention to detail by preparing properly for a guests arrival. Guests should not have to ask for coffee, toilet paper or towels.

Loved it in every way, peaceful stay. And beautiful rooms.

On arrival commotion with regards to our booking that was already paid for, my room specifically as a woman did not have towels, no toilet paper, no glass of water no tea/coffee station I mean even getting hot water was a mission. The staff is not accommodative, zero professionalism..at least the internet was better
