The floors, walls, cutlery and crockery were all filthy. The water quality was suspect so we used bottled water. Tea provided but no kettle. Water damage to the celining caused light fixture to break. Mattress was so broken it was impossible to sleep on. Had to take one from another room which meant another guest was subjected to broken mattress. The receptionist was the only person who we could talk to, while he tried we had to propose all the solutions.

Credit card facilities did not work. No WiFi at the self catering unit or main reception area. Kitchen in self catering unit was under equipped and dirty. No kettle for hot water. Second bedroom air-conditioned could not cool properly and matrasses were past their prime. There was water damage and kitchen light was not working but filled with filthy water. Clear that the staff did not check the unit or prepare for visitors. Not even the fridge was switched on

Is a great option to sleep outside the park very close to the entrance. The place is a little forgotten but has tons of space and service was nice and friendly plus prices as much better than inside the park.Each camping space has electricity and enough space for privacy plus you can enjoy the pool.

This is a nice place. You can visit with your family and friends. You can book for meetings in the conference hall. It has a nice restaurant. It is naturally good and a very nice view. Not far from Kruger National Park (Punda Maria Gate).

Nice, quite place, very friendly people, great service and clean chalets. Furniture and rugs are too old, walls needs to be repainted.. But overall I had a great experience...
