Firstly the pictures represent what the place looks like infact its more beautiful than the pictures...It is so peaceful & so much to do in the lodge alone- theres the jacuzzi, swimming pool, picnic near Nandoni dam, boat ride, amazing swing next to the dam.Its situated close to Phiphidi waterfalls, Thohoyandou adventures for zipline & quadbikes etc...The place is simply amazing, our host Michael Tigere made our stay a memorable one providing personalised service...My friend & I were never short of anything instead Michael went the extra mile to make sure that we had a beautiful stay at the lodge e.g. the set up for breakfast, picnic setup, flexible menu with very delicious food, taking pictures + videos, having one of their performers sing to us to welcome us at our own private welcome jacuzzi party for me & my friend, also playing our favourite music...Its definitely one of my best getaways...I could go on & on but you need to visit Lira Boutique lodge to understand and experience this amazing place.I am definitely going back...Thank you Lira Boutique Lodge for redeeming the lost hope in the hotel/hospitality/food industry...

The serve was good and the food. Challenge was on meals that were not available. Please do include a variety of beverages, it will be appreciated if jamerson can be included.

I was here for a wedding but I felt like I was on vacation. The venue was breathtaking, the staff was lovely and helpful, the food was out of this world. Everything was organised to the T. This is the perfect place for a beautiful escape.

Beautiful wedding venue with friendly staff. The view from the restaurant overlooking the dam is just spectacular so is the glass venue for weddings that brings the whole outside indoors.Ideal for garden weddings and outdoor loving people. I enjoyed my stay here

The place is not crowded, the staff is friendly and very kind especially Mike...the place is very beautiful... the view is excellent... the Villas wooooow... I am blown away... not forgetting the mouth watering FOOD... we drove all the way from Rustenburg and were not regretting anything

To simplify things, Ill say that I honestly forgot that I was in venda (there was a point I thought about driving long distance to go back home). This place is really beautiful. The garden, the dam, the friendly staff and the food 💯 dont ask questions just come. I felt welcome and accommodated

Truly an exquisite boutique lodge with decks, bar and pools overlooking the Nandoni Dam. Access to the lodge is from the Punda Maria Road towards the Kruger National Park entrance.I have omitted a star because the facility can do with better maintenance and up-keeping. The entrance paving, parking area and the outdoor receiving area with a water fountain needs substantial TLC. These are areas that gives any visitor their first impression, and as such, I almost disregarded it and would have turned away.

We went for Sunday lunch at their restaurant and it was amazing!The food was divine, the views and the live performance my gosh! Everything was just so perfect.My friend is vegan, so they had initially said the menu does not cater for vegans yet but to our surprise, the chef put something together and my friend was so impressed with the meal.If you looking for exclusivity, tranquility, stunning views and gorgeous pictures, then this is definately a go to.

We went to the restaurant for a Friday family dinner. We were well received at the gate and reception. We had one of the team members show us around first, they have plenty of seating options for small groups or a romantic dinner for a couple.They do not have any vegetarian options, I opted for the chicken pasta without the chicken and it was absolutely delicious. The desserts were a hit and the burger was said to be juicy. The lira shisa nyama serving for 1 was a bit of a let down as it was very salty and the portion was small compared to what was described by the waitress. Overall, its good value for money.The views, ambiance and facilities are great once one is in. The main entrance is underwhelming and would do with some much needed upgrades. The service is painfully slow and can be improved. It took upto an hour to get our food ready even though it was us and two other couples.I will most likely return for a Sunday lunch. I hope the service is better and the menu is improved to include at least 2 vegetarian/vegan options.

De place is in proving but u have to allow any camera guy to enter for free to take pictures because sometimes camera guy are also de 1 who bring customers for u please allow other people to eat in order dey can support her/his family 🙏🙏🙏

Everything!They have 5 star service,they went over and above to meet our needs&make our stay comfort.The rooms are super clean,comfortable,modern,stylish - exactly as beautiful as it seems on the pics.The food is tasty&well presented although it takes a while to prepare it.You wake up to the sounds of birds and sleep to the comforting sounds of night animals.The gardens are well manicured,lush with a stunning view of the dam.You can have breakfast anywhere in the gardens or by the pool which has a dam view and a lapa area with a nice cool breeze to relieve the hot venda sun.Vutshilo went all out to make our anniversary special and prepared a candle lit dinner in the middle of the garden for us.he understands hospitality&is a great asset to that place.All in all - the place is great for a lodge that is still under development. I will def visit them again and I believe it will be one of the top class luxury lodges in venda once its complete.Def recommend it to anyone!You can go to the Kruger from there or do any of the tours to the sacred lakes around venda.or just chill all day there and swim - the pool is spacious,with a beautiful dam view and the water is warmed by the sun so its great to swim at night there.
