We ordered online to collect from the branch. Very friendly staff, and I just want to say that the food was properly dished into the take away packets. Nothing was out of its place. Thank you so much for this great service.

I am extremely disappointed. Ordered a full deck platter which is almost R600. What a disgrace - packed with a large portion of chips, small prawns and 3 small portions of fish. If you look at the photo on the menu complete different version.

Ocean basket Springs gate a very nice restaurant to visit. Staff friendly will recommend any day however not the one in Springs mall. The owner is very unfriendly and wanted to assualt us when I took a photo of him and his family smoking on the premises while our and other children was present.

Directed to seating, not noticed for a while. Person who just put menus on our table did not even greet or take drinks order, went back and chatted to his friends at another table. It was not busy there. Waitrons standing around counter didnt bother to serve either. This was our favorite branch and we always tip, have never had a problem before.
